Everything & staff were nice...

The staff went above & beyond getting me into a room on short notice, considering the circumstances for my immediate travel to Arizona. They were always very polite & accommodating & very helpful. And as always when I stay at a Holiday Inn, the beds are absolutely the most comfortable beds ever! If you had a 10 star review, I'd definitely give the staff a 10.

Great bed, nice hot breakfast, Keurig in the room!......and very clean The A/C unit in my room was SO LOUD

Staff was great! Amazing I would say. Went above and beyond to help me get into my room while my daughters were in there sleeping. Breakfast was 10/10 I swear that you always expect mediocre breakfast at hotels like these and let me tell you everything was so good. lol rooms clean, comfortable and just overall great. WiFi kept going in and out.

Clean, polite and professional staff. All very kind and helpful. As far as Holiday Inn Express breakfast goes, it’s usually pretty good but not great, but it serves it’s purpose. The breakfast at this particular property was not very good.

Room was clean, staff was nice. Low ceilings in the lobby felt weird, but that might have just been me. Pool was small and not stocked with many towels but breakfast was good.

Room was generally clean. The bedding was clean & the bed was comfortable. Some mold in the bathroom. There was a heavy shade down & broken, so there was no way to put it up during the day. It made the room very dark.

I was extremely impressed with the variety of options and the pancake maker.

We did not stay as the sheets were freshly stained, cigarette burns on the couch, one of the keys did not work, the hallway was dimly lit, and the pool had murky water
