The beds were very hard. The bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned

You asked how good was the breakfast they advertised they served,the didn't offer any breakfast the room we stayed in was very worn furniture.

Just spent the weekend and was very pleased with the rooms. Great staff and wonderful management. Recommend for an affordable stay in the Big East!!

Amazing experience all across the board

My stay at the Clarion hotel was a good stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was nice and the breakfast was delicious.

No breakfast but IHOP in the building. Large swimming pool. Exercise room not open but great stay. Awesome staff. Stores and shopping

BREAKFAST IS NOT INCLUDED (even the listing says it is!) We were staying the night before a cruise and I specifically didn't want to make an extra stop (or spend more money) in the morning. Very annoying. The AC in our room rattled all night. There's zero ventilation in the bathroom (three girls taking showers). There weren't enough outlets in convenient places. The staff was super nice and the facility was clean.

The breakfast didn't exist. The elevator wasnt working, however they managed to get the elevator running the next day.

Air-Conditioning was in terrible condition, Repair Man could not speak English, roaches in the bathroom, faulty electric plugs that was dangerous.

Love the staff! I stay here often and it's nice to be remembered and called by name when I walk in the lobby.

The bed was extremely uncomfortable, it was only a single mattress but felt like just the box springs only. Absolutely no hot water ever. The halls and rooms smelled like weed and raunchy ass. Will not stay again. The high rating fooled me but only once.

It’s a good place tostay

I stay at this hotel every time I am in Metairie. I love how it is so close to everything. The staff is always friendly and accommodating every time I stay there. I like how IHOP is right next door to grab a bite to eat. I don't have a negative review. It's a comment. People need to realize it is an old motel/hotel. It's not a 5 start experience. I think people need to rate accordingly. When I was there, the elevator was broken, but wasn't enough of an inconvenience for me to give my whole stay a negative review. I just walked to the other end of the hotel and got on the other elevator. Simple as that. Also just because it is a little outdated doesn't mean its dirty.

They are under some construction . It was nice . Nothing real fancy. Affordable . Would book again .
