The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Clean.

Parking is $8 per day. Breakfast could be better, they offer the basics (Waffles, eggs, sausage, cereal and etc). Last day of my stay they ran out of the hot foods and I had to ask them to refill the items which they did. Overall stay was great!

After arriving we received news that the room we had reserved was already taken. Due to accommodation needs we needed an accommodating bath/shower. So we were given a room that had one that would work but instead of a king was two queens. Ok it is what it is. When using the bathroom the tub worked but the shower did not. Our room was also not cleaned the entire time we were there, we called the front desk to ask them if they would please clean it after a few days and were told it was. When we returned that evening it was not cleaned and a do not disturb placard had been placed on our doorknob. I had put a placard on the doorknob before I left but it was from inside the room that lets them know you would like your towels replaced, it was not a do not disturb. Overall I am very disappointed in this place for the price and will not likely return or recommend it to anyone else, much less anyone who needs accommodations. I saw the reviews for this place were mostly positive so maybe we just got unlucky but it’s hard to come back from an experience that had so many negatives from my standpoint.

The staff at the hotel is excellent. The room was nice, clean, and has all the amenities that I expect. The curtains do not close all the way, and there is a lot of light from the parking lot during the night. The air conditioner was good and cold, as I like it.. The breakfast was quite good with lots of variety. There was a small but nice selection of snacks and drinks for purchase in the lobby. The exercise room had a nice variety of equipment and weights. I chose the hotel for the swimming pool, but that was a disappointment. The pool was green with algae and smelled like it.

Very clean! Very convenient! Nice location to get to everything you need in Nola.

Clean room and convenient to where we were going. When we asked to leave our bags before check in they said we could just roll them behind the desk. They weren’t going to tag them until we asked. When we checked in they did not verify that they were ours. Worked out but not the most secure offering to customers.

It was clean and had all the necessary equipment. The complimentary breakfast had good options. Light from parking lot was strobing and shining into the room. We had to clip the curtains closed with a hair clip because they didn't overlap. Also, the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work.

I had a great stay. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The things I liked about the property is that I was secluded, had a nice size pool, good breakfast choices, I asked for a room away from the elevator and on the highest floor and the accommodated me and more. What l did not like about the property is it needs more breakfast items like bacon, oatmeal ( not in the package) pancakes, if possible but overall everything was wonderful.
