Very clean! Very convenient! Nice location to get to everything you need in Nola.

Clean room and convenient to where we were going. When we asked to leave our bags before check in they said we could just roll them behind the desk. They weren’t going to tag them until we asked. When we checked in they did not verify that they were ours. Worked out but not the most secure offering to customers.

It was clean and had all the necessary equipment. The complimentary breakfast had good options. Light from parking lot was strobing and shining into the room. We had to clip the curtains closed with a hair clip because they didn't overlap. Also, the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work.

I had a great stay. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly.

The things I liked about the property is that I was secluded, had a nice size pool, good breakfast choices, I asked for a room away from the elevator and on the highest floor and the accommodated me and more. What l did not like about the property is it needs more breakfast items like bacon, oatmeal ( not in the package) pancakes, if possible but overall everything was wonderful.

This is a hotel with no management and very rude and inappropriate employees; it’s deplorable. If you work in hospitality act hospitable!

Clean room

Upon entering the room, it was immediately apparent that it had not been properly cleaned. We found sunflower seed shells, hair ties, and bobby pins on the floor. There was a noticeable buildup of dust in the corners of the room, indicating that routine cleaning had been neglected. Additionally, the shower door was broken and would not remain closed without us wedging a towel against it. The bottom of the shower door also had visible mold. The blackout curtains were damaged and did not function properly. The check-in experience was equally disappointing. The front desk associate was on speakerphone having a personal conversation during our arrival. When I politely asked whether a military rate was available, she responded, "The rate is what it is," without making eye contact or offering any assistance. My husband is active-duty military, and we travel frequently, staying in hotels across the country. Unfortunately, this was one of the poorest hotel experiences we have had. As a New Orleans native, I know our city and its hospitality industry are capable of much better than what we experienced. We only needed accommodations for one night, but for nearly $200, the cleanliness, maintenance issues, and customer service fell far below reasonable expectations.

as expected

It was only a quick overnight stay but overall property decor was beautiful and the rooms were clean. Comfortable bed and love I had 3 pillows on each bed. My only issue was our check in clerk was so into her phone, I had to clear my throat to get her attention. She was not very welcoming as if she didn’t want to be there I personally am big on customer service, it starts when I walk in the door. The hotel was nice but when I make a choice to come back to area I remember the front desk person over the nice room. Probably will return and hope it is a better experience.
