The breakfast was good: The Hampton hotels itself it was clean place to stay.

Unfortunately, couldn’t use the pool. It was green.

Some of the equipment in the bathroom in my room needed maintenance. I told the lady at the front desk and it was handled. However, a more extensive repair may be needed.

I booked this hotel last minute for my family based on the review that is was great for families. First I must say, every staff member we encountered was so kind and helpful. The building is however in need of updating. The tv couldn't connect or be watched, the phone in the room was broken when we tried to call the front desk, the sink stopper was broken and not something I wanted to dig out of the drain. The air in the breakfast room was broken with one portable ac trying to maintain the temp. Lastly the pool was green, not just gross, green. I would not book this hotel for my family.

Everything was nice including excellent location near mall and great restaurants.

Breakfast was great! You kept everything filled, fresh and hot. One of the best hotels we stayed at where breakfast was included. My boys loved the strawberry waffles. The showers /bathrooms were not as cleaned as I would have liked. Specifically the mold around the pipes, etc. I'm a neat freak, so I'm a little picky with that. I did clean the bathroom myself upon arrival and there was not much to clean so it wasn't bad.

Not to much It was very noisy. The rooms we’re not clean every day they are shortage of towels, kept asking staff for tiles never got it. Very uncomfortable will not ever stay there again.

Good location, lots of free parking, big rooms You can hear everything happening in the hallway, doors of other rooms opening and closing, families walking with kids screaming. When walking from parking to hotel there should be some type of roof to cover from rain.

I didn't eat breakfast, left hotel at 4:30am. Some bathroom fixtures needed work. Hidden behind bathroom door was messy tile application. The distance from airport to motel was longer than expected. at least 30 minutes, and van pickup site at airport was in a parking lot, not in the area where many other motels/hotels are waiting. Very confusing.
