It’s not the fanciest but it’s fine to sleep in.

The advertisement of the establishment is a tad bit deceiving, they advertise the courtyard. It doesn’t show that it’s right next to the highway.. The rooftop on the establishment needs to be renovated as well as the urinated smell from the old carpet that runs by the door of the room.. It’s so old it really has no color. It’s just distorted however inside the rooms are very neat and well kept. The complementary breakfast is nice.. overall for a quick it’s an OK place. The staff is very helpful. The Radisson needs to update the roofs and carpets to give it a better look. I will not stay there ever again based on the factors that I mentioned..

Another highlight was the complimentary hot breakfast each morning. My son looked forward to it every day and couldn’t wait to see what was being served. There was a nice variety of hot and fresh options, and everything we tried was delicious. The breakfast area was well-stocked, clean, and organized, and the staff kept everything replenished while greeting guests with friendly smiles. Overall, the hotel was clean, comfortable, and welcoming from the moment we arrived until we checked out. The attention to detail, excellent housekeeping, and commitment to guest satisfaction made our stay even more enjoyable. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing, family-friendly place to stay.

The room was clean. It did have a smell like they need to deep clean the carpet. They clean the room every 3 days so if you are staying for only 3 days you have to call for more toilet paper and towels. It was one rude lady that worked the front desk her name was Shavon. When we came back Saturday night our keys were not working. We called the front desk and Shavon answered and was rude from the beginning. Not helpful at all. We parked in the back and was told come to the front with attitude in her voice. Once we got to the front nobody was at the front desk to open the doors and we had to ring the doorbell twice. Still no explanation or empathy. Again Shavon is very rude. Other than that the other staff members were friendly and always said Good Morning or Hello. The breakfast staff is very nice and friendly.

Room was clean. Property was nice. Front desk was basic, meaning they did what was needed but weren't too inviting. Guest next to us were loud. I believe they were watching the soccer games

Great price for the loxatikbt

The front desk staff was amazing. However the housekeeping staff barely spoke English. Rooms are small and the setup was a little dated. You can hear everything that happens outside the rooms so if you want peace and quiet lol this is NOT for you. Nevertheless the rooms were decent and clean. Didn't eat breakfast cause I'm a picky eater. The outdoor pool closed early so we didn't use it.

Didn't use the pool, to many screaming kids in it. I asked for a location not near kids and was placed in a room that I heard nothing but screaming kids in the pool, unable to get any rest.

I loved my stay at this hotel the front desk lady was so fantastic and helpful.The room was clean. Breakfast was good but could have had more selections and fruit but it was sufficient l loved my stay

Excellent customer service friendly hostage clean n welcoming facility

My Stay was for a total of 3 nights and 4 days. Due to travel arrangements, our arrival was early morning around 3:00AM. The hotel was notified of this and somehow the King bed room we reserved and paid for was given away as it was deemed a no-show. When I check in they said there was no note of this on the account and nothing should be done. We settled with a 2 double beds to save ourselves the headache of paying for another reservation at another hotel. When we got to the room, it was clean and smelled like fruitloops, (strange but made us smile). Until we opened the closet and saw the remains of the previous guest undergarments hanging on the closet shelf. We just closed it back and shook our heads. The parking situation was not a fan favorite either. If you go out into town, DO NOT STAY OUT LATE! You won’t have any on site parking in the front or back and have to park on the curb in the grass on the street. No security or reassurance with safety of your vehicle. Lastly, the walls are thinner than a piece of paper, we could hear full on word for word conversation of guests who stayed next door and above. Even the vacuum cleaner being ran in the early hours. Overall, I should have done some research and. it settle for price. Maybe it was just my experience that was like this and not others.
