Good stay reasonable priced for our trip

Everything was perfect for us, specially the breakfast, cleanliness. Only one area where I feel room for improvement. The person who helped to check in was not so polite and was difficult to understand what she was asking during our conversation. English is not the first language of all the customers. So sometimes they need to understand that and do communicate accordingly.

I will never book at this hotel again , first when I came at 3 to check in I was told I won’t be able to check in at 3 cause they don’t have the room even tho I booked days prior , then I get to the room and the A/c wasn’t working , and to top it off after coming back to room after a long day at the pool w/ kids getting them settled down the security comes to tell us to quiet down no problem but she had a nasty attitude and said they came 2 times before but no one ever knocked to inform us and said we would have to leave we were only in the room for 1 hour. Long story short if you go to sleep at 10pm your fine if not they will harass you as soon as 10pm comes for any noise and will threaten or kick you out.

The rooms were clean, breakfast was good and hot, and all hotel staff that I interacted with were very helpful. This is my second time staying here in a month will definitely return. Location is convenient.

Loved the courtyard and the pool was fantastic. The carpet in the room may need to be cleaned… it felt sticky almost and the room did not smell the best, but it was great for the price.

We paid for two nights our flight got canceled in DC and we had to stay for 10 hours in Chicago and when we get to the hotel the next day, the lady was rude at the desk. She’s unprofessional and she said well because you didn’t come yesterday we canceled your room. I said how do you cancel that one we already paid for it it’s paid for it doesn’t matter if we sleep in it or not I have two nights in this hotel she said oh you will get your refund. She was very unprofessional and trying to book young people with cash.

Everything was decent across the board! The staff were polite and helpful, and the breakfast was good. Nothing over-the-top, but it covers the basics well.

Nice, clean, older room, tiny pool. Just fine for a budget-friendly overnight stay in New Orleans.

The rooms are a little small and the walls are super thin . You hear everything in the next room. It wasn’t terrible for the price but it definitely could use some updates .

Great stay, with amazing staff!

Our bed in room 226 was so hard. Other than that the room was clean except for a hair in the sheets(which could've been housekeeping). Location was great for our cruise and the courtyard was very nice
