Sheraton Metairie - New Orleans Hotel

It’s close to everything When arrived the shower floor was dirty. A roach came from under the door. The steak cost 45 dollars just for it to be nasty with no type of season. The loud noise in the hallway I couldn’t sleep.

There’s no service to speak of. Front desk unprofessional.

Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Cleanliness not so much. won't stay there again.

This one of my favorites hotel to stay when I’m in New Orleans. Always the staff is friendly and professional. The atmosphere and very relaxing

Perfectly located

Overall look of hotel appeasable. Free parking. Ok location from downtime and French quarter. Hotel did not have any scent such as freshness. Bed frame was very unsteady. Pillows were extremely soft and flattened when laid on. Hot water in the shower on Luke warm.

Clean, high end appearance, attached parking, friendly staff. Lots of non English-speaking staff makes it difficult for comprehension. Front desk clerk told us parking went up to our 6th floor but it didn't. I asked him about it and he confirmed again. Maybe I couldn't understand what he was saying but there isnt.

There was no breakfast included in the stay It is a beautiful building, but the rooms does not have many amenities. No refrigerator.

My bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly and the mattress sagged. Other than that everything was fine.

Was switched rooms while checking to 2 double beds but was told they was 2 queens beds. No other rooms available once I went back down to ask to switch back. Also, asked for more blankets for the room and was refused. Front desk told me they checked and didn’t have any to give.
