Courtyard by Marriott New Orleans Metairie

Booking.com & Courtyard don't seem to communicate. We prepaid our room (including taxes + fees) + paid extra for breakfast---Courtyard claimed to know nothing about any of it. We were charged additional $5/night for parking & +$20 for incidentals. Like: Double room was large, clean, comfortable & quiet. Service was poor & they attempted not to honor our prepayment of room rate, fees, taxes & breakfast or to double charge us. When provided, the "hot" breakfast ordeted from a menu was served at room temperature & service was underwhelming. Gym: Only 1 working treadmill out of 3 there. Microwave located in the hallway near elevators & ice machine. Paid wifi-what are you asking? Did I pay for it, does the complimentary wifi work???

I liked the bed, I slept good, it was comfortable for a hotel bed. I liked the cleanliness of the property start to finish! I like Starbucks in the building. I didn’t like that I paid extra for breakfast included and I was told that breakfast was for sale at the Starbucks. When I went to the Starbucks, I paid $13 for my coffee. I seen a menu that was tossed on the counter that said core breakfast and it consisted of stuff like a croissant a blueberry muffin I don’t know just microwavable pastries. I did not ask if that was considered “my paid for breakfast,” . Because I didn’t feel like I wanted any of it ,if it was free.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Courtyard Marriott in Metairie, Louisiana, and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The rooms are modern, spacious, and impeccably clean, providing the perfect environment to relax after a long day. I also loved the convenient location, which made exploring the area a breeze. Whether you are traveling for business or leisure, this hotel is an absolute gem. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again on my next visit!

I had prepaid for breakfast, but it wasn't on the cashier's list, she seemed indifferent, I had y go to the main desk and get it straightened out. I then got billed for breakfast. I had to call the hotel and get it removed.

They nickle and dime you to death. Six dollars for in room water. Five dollars to park, this hotel is not located in French Quarter. The staff as if they were doing you a favor.

The overall facility including staff is great 3rd year in a row residing at this location no let down

Overall stay was GREAT! From the staff to the cleanliness of the hotel.

Room and property were clean and quiet. Staff were helpful. The only thing was our room did not have a TV remote and the tv would not turn off with the button on the TV itself. Otherwise, everything was great!
