Great hotel! Very clean and comfortable, good AC, comfortable bed, good sized room with a sofa. Elevators were quick and plenty of green space for the dogs. Well lit and felt safe. Easy access. Great value for the price.

Hotel is updated, but the bathroom can use some work. The staff is not friendly at all. Very short and direct, but not typical New Orleans welcoming most friendly city personalities at this hotel. Which is very unfortunate.

I had prepaid for breakfast, but it wasn't on the cashier's list, she seemed indifferent, I had y go to the main desk and get it straightened out. I then got billed for breakfast. I had to call the hotel and get it removed.
