Residence Inn by Marriott New Orleans Metairie

Friendly staff all around and well maintained property. Breakfast staff on top of everything made for a great breakfast, dining room spotless. Rooms nice and clean, soft towels and bedding. Very helpful staff. Parking easy decently lit no problems.

Very convenient to everything Nothing

The continental breakfast was good. The breakfast staff were excellent and kind. i observed their consideration for several older adults. Their kindness impressed me. Our family enjoyed the pool.

The property is well maintained. The rooms were spacious. We asked for extra bedding and it was brought up right away. The breakfast area was clean and well equipped.

Had to pay $5 a day for parking in a large lot but still baffled as to why. No onsite security and cameras and lightening were not in best operable condition.

Breakfast was hot and fresh. Staff standing by to replenish food and condiments as needed. 2 bedroom suite was nice and cozy yet private at the same time.

First & Foremost I Would Like To Say, Due To It Being Essence Festival Weekend. The Room Was Very Overpriced For The Area And The Elevator Didn’t Work. But It Was Quiet, Clean,& Near Food Places. If I Were To Stay Here Again It Wouldn’t Be During A Big Event Weekend. Because It’s Ridiculous How They Raise The Rates And The Hotel Is 30 Minutes Away From Bourbon&Canal Strip.

Amazing breakfast!!! Very nice hotel and friendly helpful staff.

Best breakfast spread I ever had. beautiful rooms. Only down side was the pool was not maintained to well.

Nice Linens had many stains

Stay was fine with exception of finding old cherrios stuck in the sofa bed and my daughter cutting her foot in the pool.

Breakfast was Delicious, Clinr, dining area, the Basketball, court. My son loved, was quiet, the bed was comfortable. Check in was a 25-30 minute wait, fixtures in bathroom (toilet paper holder, shower) we’re slightly dysfunctional, but no big deal

Room had blood on the back of the doors, bathroom floors had something on them. Trash cans had spills on the outside of can and kitchen was dirty. A lot of noise from other rooms that traveled during the night. Smelled smoke. Dogs barking. The black out drapes were broken and the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling. The front desk staff was nice. The breakfast guy was the nicest and kept the dining area really clean. Parking is limited. It’s dark around there and close to a main road. No cars broken into the time we were there
