Nice/quiet location to stay at. About 5-10 minutes away from stores. Comfortable beds and clean bedding. Slayed with the kitchen amenities.

Our stay was amazing. We had the pleasure of being checked in by Ms. Shannon. She was kind and sweet. She made our check-in so smooth and easy. The rest of the staff were great as well, unfortunately we didn’t get their names. Everyone there offered assistance and greeted us in passing. For sure Ms. Shannon made a lasting impression on us. We will be back. Thank you to everyone at the Residence Inn in Metairie.

We loved our stay. Loved the privacy of a two bedroom suite with 3 tvs. The rooms are well maintained nice and clean. Also pleased with the breakfast, good variety to pick from.

Friendly staff all around and well maintained property. Breakfast staff on top of everything made for a great breakfast, dining room spotless. Rooms nice and clean, soft towels and bedding. Very helpful staff. Parking easy decently lit no problems.

The continental breakfast was good. The breakfast staff were excellent and kind. i observed their consideration for several older adults. Their kindness impressed me. Our family enjoyed the pool.

The property is well maintained. The rooms were spacious. We asked for extra bedding and it was brought up right away. The breakfast area was clean and well equipped.

Had to pay $5 a day for parking in a large lot but still baffled as to why. No onsite security and cameras and lightening were not in best operable condition.

Breakfast was hot and fresh. Staff standing by to replenish food and condiments as needed. 2 bedroom suite was nice and cozy yet private at the same time.

First & Foremost I Would Like To Say, Due To It Being Essence Festival Weekend. The Room Was Very Overpriced For The Area And The Elevator Didn’t Work. But It Was Quiet, Clean,& Near Food Places. If I Were To Stay Here Again It Wouldn’t Be During A Big Event Weekend. Because It’s Ridiculous How They Raise The Rates And The Hotel Is 30 Minutes Away From Bourbon&Canal Strip.
