We stayed 3 nights. After unpacking everything we discovered the vent in the bathroom was dripping water into the sink. The air didn't cool either. We let the front desk know. They put in a request for repair. Twice they did this. Never got fixed. We couldn't put anything on the bathroom counter the drip was splashing and soaking everything. We had to brush our teeth over the tub to keep from getting soaked. Need coffee or creamer? Don't ask the front desk. They cant get you any. And heaven forbid you ask the restaurant staff. Major attitude. Lastly, the ENTIRE place smelled like Marijuana! Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Staff were very courteous and efficient. They made you feel welcome and let you know that they were glad you were staying with them.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Nice to have a small bar and grill onsite so you don’t have to leave unless you want to. I didn’t use the gym or pool so I can’t comment on them.

The hotel was great, clean great customer service, etc. The hotel is close to the freeway, shopping centers, etc.The only thing that I would recommend is that they update the hallway and the hallway walls; it looks old maybe need to use brighter vibrant colors. I give this hotel 5 🌟 's.

Friendly staff, room size and amenities. Breakfast was good but are the same options every day. Coffee and juice need to be asked to the staff instead of self-serving.

The room was comfortable and the location of the hotel was great for my business meeting, which was just down the street.

Great stay overall. Only had a half roll of toilet paper when we arrived and we tend to not like housekeeping in our room during our stay so I needed to ask for more. Restaurant was slightly overpriced for the quality and service (only two people working the kitchen and waitstaff) but it was a decent meal. Also had a loud band group banging around the hallway with their equipment at about 10 pm when my family was trying to sleep but what are you gonna do? Overall would stay again for sure and the rate when we got the room was great. Make sure to get it well ahead of the trip.
