Great location it's right next to the biggest mall in Chicago. We stayed at this place because our flight was canceled due to bad weather. The hotel is on the outdated side.

All of these reviews are quite literally complaining about nothing. This was an amazing stay, I came from NC for a metal show and started here as it was cheapest. The Indian lady at the front was sweet as hell, loved her shout out to her. Me and my brother had 0 complaints, except for the fact the tv didn’t work. Other than that it was amazing. Beds were comfortable, room was clean, was a little hot but turn on that ac and it was immediately heaven. Stay here if you’re on a budget!!:)

The remote control to the tv did not work. The curtains were falling off the rod. Paint drippings were all over the floor. The toilet had to be flushed 2-3 times to go down. The water from a shower stayed in the tub. However, the bed was clean and it was a safe area.

Only good thing about this place was free parking. There were holes in the ceiling and walls. There was mold in the shower and the shower curtain looked like it had been there for many years and unwashed. There were roaches in the room. It had a weird smell and the in room coffee maker was disgusting. There was so much grossness that isn’t just from a few bad cleans. It was cheap yes but now I know to never stay here again.

The room was reasonably clean. The bathroom was ok with the exception of the hole in the ceiling above the shower. Also the floor boards were very dirty. And the microwave didn’t have a glass tray inside of it to place our food on.

Breakfast was mediocre did not eat it. No housekeeping until I asked Cockroaches No hot water til I called and then it was turned on Front desk check in was inconvenienced by my presence and didn’t try to hide it Property was dirty,debris everywhere Bathtub was not solid it shifted continuously when taking shower Toilet paper smashed no roll holder and had to ask for towels and you toilet paper Person sitting on stairs smoking pot by ice machine Garbage cans on property filled to brim not emptied the entire stay. Only saw 1 housekeeper and not every day

There was no hot water during my stay. I didn't even report it until my last night because I was gone for work 12 or more hours every day and was only at the hotel from about 3:00 a.m. to 7:00 a.m. I finally couldn't take another cold shower, so I checked out and booked another hotel. The bathroom had obvious plumbing problems. The tub backed up every time I showered and drained so slowly that I was standing in dirty bath water the entire time. It was disgusting. I packed a swimsuit expecting to enjoy the pool, but the pool was full of mud or dirt, chained off, and completely unusable. The "breakfast" was a joke. A few slices of bread, bagels in plastic containers, cereal, and not much else. It should not be advertised as breakfast. The TV never worked. It was stuck on the Weather Channel for my entire stay. I reported it several times, but nothing was ever fixed. Communication was also very difficult because of the language barrier, and when I finally complained, the woman at the front desk was rude and acted like none of the issues mattered. If I could get my money back, I absolutely would. I'm honestly shocked this property is listed on Expedia. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Save your money and stay somewhere else.

I am very disappointed with the upkeep of the room and also the property. But what you pay for is what you get.

It looks like a run down hotel. I will admit it seems they try.….but if you are looking for 1 star hotel—this is it…..you want quality there are some much better options closed by. And for what they charge definitely a rip off. Parking was abundant cause hardly anyone stays there.

It was fine for a one night stay but the air conditioning didn’t do a thing to cut the heat in the room.

I did not stay there, I found somewhere to stay. There were dead cockroaches on the floors of both rooms and bugs. There were cigarettes holes in the blankets. The rooms were dusty. One of the rooms had a small stench of cigarette smoke. The rooms also had a muggy smell to the. The lobby smell was awful of a mildew smell. They are so wrong for having people work and stay in these rooms. I have pictures of the rooms. Highly unacceptable!!!

Best stay

A/C did not cool very well. We wanted to go swimming, but the pool water was green. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom too small.

Roaches in the room. Air was working good. Swimming pool water was green. Just terrible

Great check in experience. Gentleman at desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was in decent shape for the price. Could use some updates. I have never seen wood moulding around a bathtub before. There was paint drops dried all over floor and a very poorly half painted door in the bathroom. All and all I would stay here again as the bed was comfortable and nice. The staff was fantastic!
