Quality Inn & Suites

I am very disappointed with the upkeep of the room and also the property. But what you pay for is what you get.

It looks like a run down hotel. I will admit it seems they try.….but if you are looking for 1 star hotel—this is it…..you want quality there are some much better options closed by. And for what they charge definitely a rip off. Parking was abundant cause hardly anyone stays there.

It was fine for a one night stay but the air conditioning didn’t do a thing to cut the heat in the room.

I did not stay there, I found somewhere to stay. There were dead cockroaches on the floors of both rooms and bugs. There were cigarettes holes in the blankets. The rooms were dusty. One of the rooms had a small stench of cigarette smoke. The rooms also had a muggy smell to the. The lobby smell was awful of a mildew smell. They are so wrong for having people work and stay in these rooms. I have pictures of the rooms. Highly unacceptable!!!

Best stay

A/C did not cool very well. We wanted to go swimming, but the pool water was green. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom too small.

Roaches in the room. Air was working good. Swimming pool water was green. Just terrible

Great check in experience. Gentleman at desk was very friendly and helpful. Room was in decent shape for the price. Could use some updates. I have never seen wood moulding around a bathtub before. There was paint drops dried all over floor and a very poorly half painted door in the bathroom. All and all I would stay here again as the bed was comfortable and nice. The staff was fantastic!

When arrived the place. It was not what I was expecting. Quality Inn was not a hotel it was more like a Mot. When I walked in to the room. The room looked clean. But I did not fell safe at their Quality Inn. It was not what hotel shows online. The room was the way they advertise on the internet. I did not stay at the Quality Inn.the pool was green the parking lot had pot holes in it .. along with loss gravel. I would not recommend this place to anyone.. one thing I do can say they do have low prices for the room.

The pictures made it look like the rooms faced inside when in fact they opened outside. We found a cockroach on our last day. I informed the front desk, who I'm pretty sure is the owner. He asked, "What do you want me to do?" I was appalled by his response. He should know to pest control his hotel! Terrible.

Unfortunately I can not recommend this place. I woke up with immense back pain and the A/C was barely functional. I would highly recommend going somewhere else. The pool is gross and jut overall the place is not well kept.

I stayed here once before and liked it enough to come back, but this time I was disappointed. The woman at the front desk was not very friendly or helpful. The bathroom sink was clogged, the floor was dirty, and the bath mat turned black from walking on it. There were small flies in the room, and the toilet kept running and would not stop flushing. Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay

Near the interstate The complimentary breakfast was undesirable

1st floor room and much more quiet that expected, especially in proximity of major road and highway. Comfortable bed with clean sheets and towels. A/C system a little noisy after the first night. Bathroom could have used a little care with ceiling over tub. Good hot water and water pressure. Staff was wonderful, friendly and took good care of us!

Nice location nice bed nice food

The Floor was dirty. There was an iron no ironing board. The room was let very dimmly. The was no additional inside lock on the door, looks like it broke off and was never replaced. Advertised free breakfast but no inforation was given. No Phone in room to contact front desk. Pool was green. If you need a quick place to lay your head go for it. The bed was comfortable, but the comforter was falling apart. Air Conditioning was the saving grace.

Cons: One night of noisy neighbors, old motel.
