I love the place. I love everything everything close comfortable please nice staff clean place.

The facility is very clean, all new and modern. The staff and the manager are very nice and flexible. They even provided cold drinks afternoon to keep the guest refreshed. Their breakfast is also very nice.

Location is great ! Staff extreamly helpful, especially Walmary at front desk!

The properties awesome I love everything from here, especially the staff specially the lady called walmarys she’s the best 10 stars she does everything perfect when I get there. She’s the best beautiful please clean please smelling great nice cold air the pool awesome close to everything. You could fish too in the back a block away a park. All the stores are around the corner.

That it was near everything we wanted to do The door stopper to restroom made noise when you opened it close it.

The property was very clean and the staff was exceptionally nice. I enjoyed everything about our stay

The staff was exceptionally professional and friendly. Checking in was very smooth. The location, and price made my experience in Miami affordable and enjoyable. The hotel is not too far from the beach, shopping mall, and restaurants. I will definitely stay at this hotel again💯

This is a motel with some strong smells right from the lobby. The lobby smells like pee “masked” with some heavy detergents. The rooms have strong detergent smells in an attempt to mask all the other smells going on. The “continental breakfast” is some fig bars, granola bars and cereal. Good luck finding an outlet to charge your phone. We checked out 2 days early, we just couldn’t do it anymore.

Very affordable and just what I needed for my business trip. Very clean and most of all great attentive staff. Robert and Walmarys were always ready to answer any questions.

The reception staff were friendly. Massive noise complaint - building work on the facade of the hotel started first thing in the morning and continued all day. When you walked out of the hotel doors, dust and debris falling on you from the workmen above. The noise was present throughout the hotel. I had to complete work during the day and it could be clearly heard during meetings. They offered to move us but it would not have solved the issue. Damp musty smell in the rooms. The pool was awful, nothing like the advertised clean photos on the advertisement. The breakfast they offer is an orange, a granola type bar and coffee. Er complained about the noise and they refused to acknowledge that they should have warned us before we stayed. There were photos up stating they knew it was happening so we should have been notified.

I liked that they will hold your bags until your room is ready. I didn't like how the hot water wasn't working nor how there was construction that wasn't spoken about until you arrived.

They gave us a little bag with treats on arrival. A small gesture but a nice surprise. They are renovating outside so it was difficult to see the hotel’s entrance
