10/10 love the staff

I immediately noticed that the lobby furnitures was soiled and stained-badly. That was disappointing. Nevertheless, my room was spotless and there was a Traders Joes across the street so that made me happy. On the third day, I had to ask for room service. The days and night after the third day was miserable. The hallway noise got loud and whoever checked in next to me on Sunday must have been building something all night-moving furniture banging on the walls and speaking so loudly that we could hear him over our headphones. My final disappointment was returning at 10:30 PM, getting settled and deciding to go downstairs to get something to drink, but the cooler was broken and there was nothing cold to purchase so we had to do an Uber Eats. We went to get ice on the 2nd fl. And the ice machine was broken, so we had to go to the roof. It was so very disappointing that what started off well, quickly went downhill. I will never stay here again.

The rooftop pool was great. The breakfast is not great at all. The morning staff was very good & helpful. Could not understand the staff that check us in, and we didn't get the sheet of paper with all the information regarding the beach & towel and chairs. I saw the morning staff checking in ppl and everything was explained to them properly & the sheet with all the amenities was given to them.

The hotel is at a perfect location.. and a lot of options. From supermarket to restaurants… and entertainment. The pool area is nice, and haves a beautiful view

Great stay at the Residence Inn South Beach. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped.Having the full kitchenette in the suite was super convenient,Loved the rooftop pool views. Valet parking is a bit steep (around $45/night) plus other hidden taxes. Friendly staff. Juan Pablo is the best- great customer service. The laundry room needs a update-old machine and a bit pricey. Continental breakfast was a plus. Good choice if you prioritize extra space and self-catering, but there are areas that could use attention.

Very nice and clean

The property is nice and the breakfast was pretty good for continental. The highlight for me was the views from the pool area. The pool was kept clean. The only shortage was on towels. They get them to you but you have to call the front desk. They offer a shuttle to the beach which is nice but you have to sign up ahead of time since it only sits 6. They had other nice perks which we were not able to use. That was disappointing. They have bikes you can use for 2 hours but there are only 4 bikes so if they are checked out, better luck next time. We ended up doing the city bikes instead. They also offer a free yoga class which is down the street. You need to pickup a pass from the front desk so make sure you get there early (we had to wait for receptionist) and came to find that the yoga place shuts it's door right at start time.

Superb

El cuarto no telo entregan ala hora que tedisen según anosotro lo tenían que entregar alas 4:00 y ai estuvimos esperando asta las 7:00 de la noche. Y el paqueadero es muy caro te cobran $80 dolllar aparte. Por noche lo demás el cuarto está limpio

The Breakfast bar was a bust. If your not up real early don't even bother. The sodas and and adult drinks in the cooler are way overpriced!
