It was a good stay. The staff was exceptional. The food was tasty and promptly.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the rapid room. service. However, I felt the room was much too small for two people and I didn't particularly like only being able TO ACCESS THE BED from one side. The smart device was nice but we couldn't adjust the lights as desired. Lastly, water from the shower leaked out onto the bathroom & foyer floors.

The evening staff was very fun, gave great food recommendations, and visited with us at the bar in the lobby. The rooms were unique and had fun lighting and ambience. The pool area was beautiful!

Very disgusting. The showers were tiny. Budget-friendly; there’s a lot of construction going on, limited parking and no walking distance to the beach. The taco stand across the street is great! I’ll stay if I was budget only.

Everything is always wonderful, from the welcoming staff to the accommodations. It’s also a perfect location and steps to transportation

staff were nice. rooms are small and you need to know that going in. the ipad did not control the A/C or fan which was annoying so we had no climate control

The room was so clean and the staff were so friendly. I really like that you can control the lights, TV, and window blindfolds with the tablet. Would definitely stay here again.

Clean room

The property was very nice, clean, and modern. The location was great. For me personally I wish the menu of food offered at the hotel was more but that’s just personal preference, nothing against the hotel specifically.

Yes the rooms are small but very well appointed, modern and clean! The staff was amazing, the breakfast was real food (but the eggs were steamed and watery, why?) but otherwise quite tasty. This would be an ideal inexpensive hotel for singles or low maintenance couples who’d rather spend their money on vacation adventures. Strongly recommended.

The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly. The place is close to shops and restaurants. Clean and modern.

Definition of value for money. Good location in south Miami Beach. Great connectivity with buses for Miami. The beach is in 15 minutes. Rooms a little small if u have too many staff. But with 2 luggages we were totally fine Cleaning of the room every 3 days

Hotel is modern in a good location, it’s a CitizenM they are the same everywhere, rooms are modern but fairly small and the hotel lacks a personal touch. But that’s not why you book CitizenM.
