Convenient and straightforward The outside area was under construction so had to walk round the corner in the rain for a taxi, but not there fault

Sparkling water in the common area by the bar - very nice! The location would be good if not for construction. It was in an area with a lot of construction. The taxi had a hard time getting to the hotel. There was no warning that the hotel was in a construction zone. The rooms were incredibly cramped. No storage, no clothes-hanging space, tiny bathroom, bed squeezed in between two walls, hardly room enough to turn around.

I was very impressed with my stay!! The room felt very new, clean and bright! The rooftop pool was great. All the outdoor seating areas were comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. Lots of food options and things to do in walking distance. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. My only complaint is the fridge is not really a fridge and couldn’t keep even my water bottle cold and there are no microwaves in the rooms. Otherwise a great stay for a really good price!

I LOVE It As I said before that King size bed is the Best bed in South Beach The TV with a welcoming message with your name Everything is controlled by the iPad next to the bed The temperature of your room the lights and TV Storage bin with a light under the bed and safe next Great selection for breakfast

The architect, the art & the rooms are beautiful I loved everything !

Our iPad went offline twice during our 4 night stay but the staff corrected the issue immediately ! I definitely recommend staying at this property !

Nice place

We check in and the next day starting around 11, you hear constant knocking or drilling. Went on for hours. The same the next 2 days. We went down to complain and they said, well there's no construction on THEIR property... Just the business beneath them on the first floor and yes the noise we hear on the FOURTH floor is from them and there's no no other room where it was quieter. Spoke to someone from the fifth floor and they also were complaining about the noise. Two of the 5 days, their iPad that controls the room stopped working and we had to go down to get it fixed. Another day, the AC in the lounge/bar area was out. Same day but later on, the main elevators stopped working and they had us go through the kitchen to the back maintenance elevators. Rooms are very tight for two people but you have everything you need. Great for single person on a work trip. Small fridge small work station, sufficient shower. Only pro was how nice and helpful the folks at the bar/coffee area. They worked hard, were attentive, and friendly.
