The Link Hotel South Beach

Things to know: it’s managed by nearby restaurant so it’s important that you check in during certain hours so they can greet you! Loved the location and property

Great hotel

Our second time visiting in two months. Absolutely love the rooms with balcony, and staff very friendly and accommodating!

The hotel is tucked between two restaurants that are also owned by the hotel, and guests receive a discount when ordering from them, which was a nice bonus. The staff was incredibly kind, accommodating, and welcoming throughout our stay. The location was also perfect for us. It’s within walking distance of the beach and surrounded by plenty of places to eat, shop, and explore. If I come back to Miami, I would definitely stay here again. Clean, comfortable, convenient, and a great overall experience!

The location was fantastic, great for exploring all that South Beach has to offer. There are shops and places to eat right on the door stop and the boardwalk and Ocean Drive are only a few blocks away. The restaurant downstairs was great for breakfast and we used the coffee hatchbone morning too. The family room set up was perfect for us allowing the kids to have their own room and bathroom. Both rooms were really spacious and the balcony was great. Having fridges in the room was really handy too. A number of other reviews have mentioned that there is no conventional lobby and that they had trouble getting hold of staff however our check in was really smooth and we were even able to get into our rooms slightly early after I phoned ahead to ask if there was somewhere we could leave our bags. If you want a "full service" hotel with a pool and sun loungers then the Link is not for you but it was ideal for us and we would definitely go back.

Fantastic location yet still quiet - amazing sized rooms with terrace and great comfy mattress. If I had to be picky more shower pressure. But otherwise perfection

Perfectly located on Lincoln Road just three streets from beach and steps to many restaurants and stores. Zero complaints.

I chose room only. Restaurant downstairs. We didn't try them but they looked nice (too many choices on Ocean Drive). Minor issue: automatic lighting - came on at random times through the night (couldn't see how to override this)

Beautiful room, great location, great staff, great food in the restaurants! We loved our stay! It was not a typical hotel experience as there is no lobby or front desk…but all our needs were met with smiles! Our room ended up with no AC and they quickly had another room available for us! We would come back!!

Great location. Room very clean and well appointed. Stayed in a room without windows but the skylight provided loads of light. Checking in at the associated restaurant business was unusual but here was always someone there to provide support and was not an issue at all.

You have to go to a restaurant to check in and how are you supposed to know this. The ice machine was out of ice when we left. The room could have had a microwave. The room was nice size and very clean. Plenty of food options nearby. Good location. Parking is at the local city parking lot which is $20 a day or hourly if you go in and out. The ad said the parking was $15.

The property is placed in a very convenient area! There’s several coffee places, restaurants, and stores that surround the area. The hotel has a beautiful private patio and an amazing staff!
