El Ritz Carlton que no es Ritz Carlton, pésima atención al momento del check in, habitación nada acorde a la marca, nadie nos ayudó con el equipaje, el personal del bar con pésima actitud, deberían de cambiar de nombre y categoría del hotel

Great hotel, the staff if not so friendly try the cookies in the mini bar it’s a must, don’t get city view the view is horrible and the the sound of the cars won’t let you sleep

The staff was great. The hotel was nice but you do see how the exterior needs some work especially since it shares space with Walgreens that looks a little run down. It would be better to have a restaurant than a Walgreens in the street area.

Excellent service could do a better job cleaning shower found a long black har on shampoo btl. The awning on my deck was torn half off so we could sit on the deck in the rain. But other than that perfect
