I didn't like the termites but I was accommodated for the inconvenience and got a better room.

The hotel is nice and very centric, everyone is closer, the beach, the stores, the clubs! Luis the concierge is the best! The furniture is a little bit outdated

Very user unfriendly. I booked a room a week in advance from California to Miami. I called the Motel on Monday to let them know that even though I booked the room from thursday to sunday, I would be arriving thursday morning between 7:30 and 9:30. On Monday I left a message on the phone and called 5 times, no one answered or returned my call, i called 5 times a day for the rest of the week and finally had to reach out to expedia to call them for me. when I originally booked the room I got an email from hotel that if you cant check in at normal from 4 to 10:00 you have to reach out to the Hotel. I heard many stories of travelers to south beach were thier flights were delayed and weren't able to check in on time, than the motel sold thier room and kept their money, than they had to book a room somewhere else. I learned my lesson, dont book until you have talked to the hotel 1st.

Excellent location, quiet hotel( but across the street is a loud establishment and the noise went on until the wee hours of the morning). The room was extremely spacious, and has everything needed for a very comfortable stay. Nothing

Great location No elevator

The location is great and the staff let us in after hours to accommodate flight delays. This is close the beach and the mains strip. Very fun area.

No parking

The receptionist was very helpful. The location is great. The room is a comfortable studio. Everything you need in a short stay is in the room. The noise. It’s right and the Collins st and very noisy at night. I had a difficult time to sleep at night. The sports cars and motorcycles can be very noisy in Miami Beach.

Everything Nothing

I really loved the location of the hotel, 5 minutes walking we get at the beach area with a lot of options of restaurants around and also at the beach. I loved the comfort of the bed, the size of the room, shower with good temperature and spray of water, and also the staff people, they are super welcoming. If there’s a thing that I didn’t like is just the check in time, it’s til 10:30pm. My flight was at night and I also wasn’t able to do it

The location was great. There was no elevator, the room was not really clean & it was dusty, the bed was not comfortable, the seating furniture was not comfortable, we never used the kitchen because when I went to turn on the light a roach ran across & behind the frig. After talking to the front desk I was told there was no hotel housekeeping to call because they all left before noon. As a result the counter clerk went and sprayed some bug spray. Based on the amount of money I paid for the room, I overpaid for this hotel and were never offered any compensation for our stay. Bookings photos are misleading. If you don't care about where you stay, don't mind bugs, and just want to stay close to the beach, then you'll be ok. Otherwise don't do it ! Don't waste your money !!
