Moxy Miami South Beach

The best part about this hotel was the location. We could walk to restaurants, bars, etc. The room was SO small. The air conditioning barely worked and we asked for help numerous times. They never came to fix it or bring the fan they said they would. The pool was nice. The bathroom was incredibly small too. We’d only stay here again if we had to and not for longer than one night.

Definitely not a family friendly location or hotel so if that is what you are looking for keep looking. The hallways smelled like pee the location is overpriced and not very family friendly. I was deceived dont let it happen to you too

Very nice place, but they have really small rooms, and the air conditioning, didn’t work great. Everything else was great! Great customer service, great pool, and great restaurants!

Clean rooms and areas. Rooms are too small. They charged us for an extra water bottle which we even didn’t use but had no time to complain for refund but that wasn’t not nice at all to be charged at all. Staff were friendly and nice. We had a lovely stay except the room area which was too tight.

If you're looking for a hotel that offers cool, comfortable & clean rooms, this may not be the hotel for you. Our stay wasn't the best. From delay in checking in, hot lobby, hallways & rooms, this hotel has easily jumped to the top of my list of hotels to never stay in again. We called the front desk daily complaining about how hot our room was and they informed us that they controlled the temperature and would adjust but they would only do it temporarily. They said they would bring us a fan but never did. Our hotel room was never cleaned while we were staying and when we first checked in there was hair on the toilet and sink area so I cleaned it myself. The pillows are paper thin and the dispensers in the shower did not work and were full of rust and mold. The staff did not seem to care about any of the issues and kept saying well tell the front desk. Asking for fresh towels was also a task. We had to ask 3 times to finally receive them a day later. The front desk attendee was very friendly but she is only one person. On top of that, they charge a 'resort' fee daily to rent you a sauna and call it a hotel room.

The property was clean and had an amazing aroma! The property was in a good location. We were able to walk to our destinations.

Location Was unclean Lifts smelt like toilets Generally everything was very run down Near the pools were grubby The back entrance to the hotel which is the only that is mainly used is full of bins and just looks awful

Worst stay because of some of things are not good like the bathroom door is broke . Then on bed sheet there are so many aunts and bugs . Then in the rest room shower handel is broken . My stay is horrible

Staff was so friendly Solange welcomed me Bar was super fun and lovely very cool even though it was hot out Loved that you got a free beach chair rental at Boucher brothers We will definitely be back!

Value for price was sub par! Incidentals deposit charge ridiculous!

The staff were super helpful. Rooms were bigger than I thought and fine for a few nights stay. Great roof terrace restaurant and great position next to south beach
