The hallway needed to be vacuuming and iron boards need to be full size.

Excellent location and very friendly staff.

The rooms were so small we could barely fit with our luggages. There we’re barely any storage for anything. We called for extra pillows one night they said they had none. It was in a good location close to ocean drive so that was good.

Very much gives spring break. When you walk in it smells like the pool at the YMCA. The rooms are small like a hotel in Times Square. No carpet in the rooms. My shower smelled like mold. The bathroom was tiny not great for doing make up or hair. All and all wish I picked a different hotel for my one night work trip.

terrible never going back

The hotel was very accommodating and when we booked and went right over after a horrific experience in another hotel we’re able to move us into a room immediately. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean and staff were extremely friendly. The food and drinks can be pricey but there are many options in the surrounding area. Try the bakery two blocks down! Superb! We will definitely come back again. Lovely place to vacation.

The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the area, and every interaction with the staff was friendly and professional. The rooftop had beautiful views to the beach and city loved staying there quick walk to the beach.

The hotel was amazing I enjoyed everything,the only thing I would change is the pool closes too early.

The location of this property was excellent! The pool, staff and amenities were fantastic.

Great location, just a short walk to Ocean Drive. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean room. Just wish they had a mini fridge and more storage for clothes. No closet, no drawers, no desk. But for a stay for a few days it's good. Been there several times.

My sister and I loved this hotel. It was very close to everything (walking distance) and they had bicycles that you could borrow for 2 hours at a time. Access to chairs at the beach was a plus! Nice pool, can order and eat poolside from their restaurant. The rooftop pool is tiny and very shallow, but nice. All the staff was great! Right from check-in with Michel, he made us feel very welcomed. Late night staff was also very kind. Shout out to Daniel for recommending late night eats and making sure we got what we needed even at crazy hours haha! We felt very safe. We would definitely come back!!

The swimming pool areas and lounge areas for relaxing were excellent also the free hire of bikes and free coffee in the morning was most welcome. The room we had was not suitable for two travellers with a standard size suitcase. There was no cupboards to hang our clothes only a rack type structure attached to the wall. No seat in the room so if you want to relax in your room you have to lie on the bed. The hotel is in a good location 10 mins from South beach with access to a sun lounger although during our visit there was no towels available for us to use! Overall if you are travelling light the hotel would be suitable.

Great place to chill south beach. Staff is great and the bar , restaurant and lounge were greaat! The have a huge screen to watch the World Cup with bar available:)
