Hotel Chelsea

OMG the guy at the front desk was VERY helpful. I had a missing bag and didn’t know what I was going to do so I asked if they had working cameras because I saw one there. I actually never got a direct answer about the camera but the guy at the front desk did send a message to his manager and did his very best to help and kept me informed about the situation with his manager. My bag ended up being at the airport.

El Hotel tiene que hacer algo con las llaves digitales de targeta tuve q ir al guest service 4 veces para q me cambiaran la targeta y eso q solo estuve menos de 20 horas en el hotel se descargan muy amenudo ade mas la puerta del 115 no cierra bien

My third time staying at Chelsea love the place. Staff is great great food great environment near the beach and restaurants.

Perfect place right in the center of everything. Great for vacationing

Our room didn’t have hot water. Cold showers only! When staff was told they nodded their heads but did nothing … possible language barrier, not sure. Building is old. I love old. But globs of lint and hair on corners of stairs and walk ways. Bathroom had hair from previous occupants. But I love the art deco! Breakfast was fantastic! I recommend the American!

Room was clean, good for the price and overnight stay before a cruise. Restaurant was delicious and convenient.

During our stay, the lobby had only ONE chair. In the room, the air conditioner was blowing arctic-cold air and we could not control the thermostat to turn the temperature up. The water in the toilet was running non-stop

The location was perfect for the weekend I had planned. Walking distance to all the pride events. Check in and check out was easy.

Bed sheets did have a stain & water in the shower did take time to drain, but asides from that, I would probably book again with them.

Did not have breakfast and yes AC kept the room cool

I had a long flight they refused to let me check in earlier I had to wait 9 hours in the lobby to check in.rude servers yelling in Spanish and cursing in the Havana Vieja like I speak 5 languages.veey rude I asked for water they had an attitude.yelling.when I'm used to travel around the world Buenos Aires Paris Brazil Japan staff offer you water smile .this people here unbelievable they got hired .they yelling like they are in the favelas in brazil.syper rude .everyone.i will never ever return here again.they charged me 250 dollars deposit for nothing the floors in the room were wet next to the fridge the hotel was empty and they did not car I was exhausted with luggage the only educated person there was Sebastian from Colombia .the rest should be fired .terrible costumer service I been in Cuba many times the restaurant it's gorgeous the server is extremely rude he is the commander in chief yelling like reminds me Fidel Castro .territorial.rude.thinking he owns the island.really bad experience.the rooms are old .I paid for a jacuzzi they sent me to another door with a shower the safe deposit are broken .terrible.good location.nice decoration .but the workers except Sebastian are arrogant rude they don't help at all they don't care they cursing in the restaurant maybe front desk dice hates his job.nobody smiles.i will never ever spend my money here again .
