Hotel Chelsea

except Expedia does not mention anything about the resort fees as the reservation said all fees included . hotel will charge you resort fees just like any other.

Decent stay but expect to pay for extra fees not disclosed on Expedia. I spent an extra $102 in hotel fees when I got there. If I known ahead of time I would have either booked a better place for the same amount or spent the same for more amenities. I’m very disappointed and think Expedia produce false information.

Location- not too far from the beach. The pictures on the website are deceiving. The lobby was super hot. My bed was made and bathroom looked clean until I lifted the toilet seat. Room needed some repairs. It smelled old. I had to purchase cleaning products. I then left to another hotel the next day!

Room was great no problems no problems

The hotel Chelsea is classic Miami Beach! Art deco to the core. Its very close to parking and south beach is a short walk away. There is a restaurant attached and guest receive a 15% discount if you dine there. The room has a nice size TV, the beds were comfortable and the AC was cold. Overall we enjoyed our experience and would have no problem considering them for future visits.

I would stay there again. You have to take the bus from the airport or uber. the hotel in a main area so you can walk or bus to near by areas like the beach! The AC was so nice. You can mess with the temperature. It was quaint and charming. Also the staff were super helpful. There is a restaurant right up front and a bar when you first enter the double doors in back.

It was at a perfect location for walking to the beach and or the shopping centers. My room key continuously did not work and I had to keep making multiple trips to the front desk, trying multiple keys and then the person at the desk had to eventually come and open my room door with a regular key and not a card key and that became very annoying.

OMG the guy at the front desk was VERY helpful. I had a missing bag and didn’t know what I was going to do so I asked if they had working cameras because I saw one there. I actually never got a direct answer about the camera but the guy at the front desk did send a message to his manager and did his very best to help and kept me informed about the situation with his manager. My bag ended up being at the airport.

My third time staying at Chelsea love the place. Staff is great great food great environment near the beach and restaurants.

Perfect place right in the center of everything. Great for vacationing

Our room didn’t have hot water. Cold showers only! When staff was told they nodded their heads but did nothing … possible language barrier, not sure. Building is old. I love old. But globs of lint and hair on corners of stairs and walk ways. Bathroom had hair from previous occupants. But I love the art deco! Breakfast was fantastic! I recommend the American!

Room was clean, good for the price and overnight stay before a cruise. Restaurant was delicious and convenient.

During our stay, the lobby had only ONE chair. In the room, the air conditioner was blowing arctic-cold air and we could not control the thermostat to turn the temperature up. The water in the toilet was running non-stop
