Nice location, central, clean and well equipted. Stuff at the reception and cleaning are very willing to help. Also the provide towels/sunscreen/lotion for the pool at the location. Breakfast - the breakfast is served in the restaurant of the location but not connected to the hotel, different administration, and they let very limited options: you have 1 choice between 3 type of omelette, shakshuka or a small tortilla and the chose 1 coffe or 1 glass of orange juice as drink. That's all there is included in the breakfast, 1 choice of food and one of drinks, for the extra 20-30$ you pay. And stuff at the restaurant is not very friendly. So if I would go again, i would totally eliminate breakfast there and just go outside, there are several restaurants in the area where you can have better coffee and breakfast.

After my stay, I was charged for a minibar consumption — a bottle of wine — which I did not make. I contacted the hotel several times by email to dispute the charge and asked them to provide evidence supporting it. Despite several emails, the hotel has not responded to my requests or provided any evidence to clarify or justify the charge. This is not about the amount, but about transparency, customer service and accountability. I would expect a hotel to properly address a customer’s concerns, especially when disputing a charge.
