Kenmore Village Hotel, South Beach

The sofa was terrible , uncomfortable really daba night

Elevator was broken we had to take all our stuff up and down to the 3rd floor

Not staying here again. Did not like my experience.

Had a wonderful one night stay here on my bachelorette trip!

Plenty of restaurant options - close to the beach.

The cramped gym lacks exercise mats and the equipment is dated. I chose to stay there for my convenience of being close to where I need to be when visiting Miami Beach. That’s the plus. Great location off of but close to busy Collins Ave and the beach.

Everything was fine we recommend that hotel

The hotel itself was amazing, but our room had ants all in the bathroom.

Staff were great, we checked in few hours earlier and they were really nice, location is great, clean overall, i would visit again definitely

It was clean . The staff was nice .

The breakfast is served. You get the to choose between minimal selections. No bacon and sausage etc. This is not an all you can eat buffet style. Please be aware. The air conditioning didn’t work in our room. They do not give you any pool towels. The couches at the pool are absolutely horrific. Staff were somewhat helpful. The outside is nice. There is NO parking. You WILL pay to park. Our room didn’t have a microwave and the refrigerator was tiny.

Was a great location for enjoying the World Cup, the huge TV you could watch from the pool was excellent. Room was ideal, aircon was great, pool area good. Staff really helpful. There could’ve been better breakfast options included.

Around 11 PM we showed the front desk the videos and checked out. They offered another room, but we no longer felt comfortable staying due to sanitation issues. We had to find another hotel that night. The hotel told us the refund had to go through Expedia. I immediately contacted Expedia, explained everything, and submitted the videos. Although the hotel approved our checkout, Expedia refused to refund us and instead said it’s nonrefundable. It has been over a week with no resolution even with all evidence. I expected Expedia to support its customers when clear evidence was provided, but instead it felt like they prioritized the hotel over resolving a legitimate complaint. Disappointed in both the hotel and Expedia.
