Exceptional

Everything, it’s just a great place with wonderful staff that are so attentive to your needs. Every time I go to Miami Beach I stay there.

The property is very close to everything, just a walking distance. Very clean and nice vibe.

The room at the swimming pool area Nothing

The room had everything necessary Nothing

This place is very unprofessional front desk is very nasty and had me waiting almost a hour for someone to come so I can check in. I finally get to check in and the room was dirty everything was dirty I have video of how dirty everything was stains all on the walls in the bathroom, curtains was filthy coach was filthy, bathroom wasn’t cleaned. Then I was told when I check out I will get my deposit back of 200$ I still have yet to get my money back and it’s been a week and when I call they say it should come back and how they released it give it 3-5 days it’s been 6 days already this is very frustrating and unprofessional any hotel I’ve stayed at never had this problem, all the money I’ve spent here for me to have a dirty room and not get my money back when promised is crazy. Only reason I stayed cause front desk said I won’t get a refund and I would’ve lost all the money I spent.

Once again, the carpet on the hallway of the room floor was stained and dirty. Shameful!

location and nice small building- need some renovation but overall correct Management reaction about an employee who stole money in our bags. The management did not believe us. We just got a basket of sweets. The manager did not take any responsibilty about his team. This never ever happened to me in a hotel. How can we trust the employee if your bag is searched during the day when you are out. I noticed with 1000% certainty, that money was stolen but how can we be sure that cloths for exemple were not also stolen? Unless you can accept this potential intrusion in your belongings, run away.
