Clean rooms

It would’ve been nice to have been able to store luggage on site upon arriving early for the room. It was a 7 to 10 minute walk in the heat, pushing a suitcase to the sister hotel. That person on site was very delightful, but having to take the suitcase down and back was inconvenient.

Centric and comfortable.

The location was convenient and close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The room was clean, and the hotel looked nice overall for a short stay The sound insulation was extremely poor. I could hear loud footsteps and noise from other rooms all night and could barely sleep, even with earplugs. The room was also much smaller than expected, and communication with the staff was difficult because my email before arrival was never answered

This was a great little spot for the night. Close walk to the beach. Shopping and eating near by. We liked the self check in. Air conditioning was nice. The little kitchenette was great.

However, it was very noisy and you could hear everything. People walking up and down the hall all night sounded as if they were walking right next to me. Also, it was a bit inconvenient that there was nowhere nearby to park overnight because cars could be towed away, and getting them back later can cost at least $600

The Location: Tucked away in a quieter pocket of South Beach. You aren't stuck right in the chaotic mix, but you are directly next to it and can easily walk to everything. The Concept: The minimalist, self-check-in vibe works perfectly. It hits the exact sweet spot where an Airbnb meets a hotel. A Bit Too Bare: The interior leans almost too minimalist. Adding just a few more warm, homey touches would elevate the comfort level of the room.
