We liked the hotel, always my husband and I stay one night when attending a concert in the Kaseya Arena Center. The room is always clean. The bed very confortable. This time I rated the cleanness 4 because the shower needed more cleaning attention. The staff during check was very attentive.

Worst experience ever, very disrespectful staff, hotel manager named Roberto was very rude, they also wanted to charge for mini bar stuffs I didn’t even use, I am never staying again

Highly recommend the breakfast buffet- It was probably the best hotel breakfast we’ve ever had! Room was clean and beds were comfy. Would stay here again.

Rooms were a good size and nice. Hotel itself is good. Staff not very friendly or helpful. Service was 2 star not 5 star. No complimentary water in room. Breakfast 5 star prices, 3 star level. Everything is geared towards maximum take from you and little give. Stayed at same brand of hotel in Boston and it was far superior.

You will not be disappointed with a stay here. Close to amenities. Starbucks on site. Good rooms and comfy beds. Very helpful and friendly staff, nothing is too much trouble. Well done to them all!
