Rooms were clean

The comfort of the bed. I paid for specific services / rights; It is all about deceiving advertisement. I did not get what I paid for. Room assigned was incorrect, shower was liking water, valet parking has a guy that always accelerate like crazy, breakfast is average. This is a very expensive hotel, everything should be carefully taken care of. I came back to Miami immediately after, I decided to stay in another and better option.

My room had a lovely bathroom which was bright and spacious. General cleaning was good but could have been slightly better. Many hotels forget to clean places such as walls, room decor like photos and particularly under the bed! I liked how the room had a stocked mini fridge, aswell as little essentials like a hangover kit, sweets, etc. Valet parking was great and the staff were very kind and helpful. I had already prepaid for parking but was charged this again at checkout which was annoying. I had to go back up to the desk to show the staff this who did then refund me. The pool was very clean and modern. Overall, a very good experience. I would stay again.

Intercontinental is a must stay. The location is incredible, the rooms are gorgeous and stunning. I gave one star off because unfortunately the air conditioning just wasn’t cooling to my liking. Maybe because it was off in the room all day when we turned it on it look a long time to cool. Around 6am is when the room finally felt good. I will definitely stay again.

Miami is expensive in general, however the location and the views were incredible and staff very helpful.

Although I only stayed one night, the hotel was amazing. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Highly recommended this hotel. Pool area was clean and relaxing.

This so my favorite hotel in the USA. Solid costumer service every time.

Perfection!

The property is very nice , but the front desk person, Marcial made a big difference; he welcomed us to the property, took the time to get to know us a little more, and was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. He was the plus of this property.

Early check in was an unexpected bonus! Greeted by a young man in training, he checked me in just a few minutes.

Our two days staying here after our cruise were amazing. The hotel was wonderful and our family enjoyed all of its amenities.
