Put check-in was fast. Alvarado checked us in and later handled our checkout. This hotel is definitely a gem. The staff were courteous, friendly and professional. Room service arrived less than 20mins after placing my order from my television and the mini bar was perfect.

Check in was easy. Staff helpful and pleasant. The room was spacious and clean. Would be great if the beds were queen instead of double in order to comfortably fit more than 2 people in the room but we managed. Great location, comfortable walk to City Centre and Bayside not far away. Would stay again.

El hotel necesita mejorar, la limpieza de las alfombras de los pasillos de habitaciones y hall de espera de los ascensores puede mejorar, el aire acondicionado de mi habitación tenía un ruido que sugería que dejó atrás sus mejores años, la limpieza de las habitaciones ocurre muy tarde no hay turn over consistente (un día hubo, el resto no).

Room and view were amazing and room was clean. Bathroom was beautiful. But very disappointed with housekeeping. So useless and so many mistakes. Very sweet but very poorly trained staff. Housekeeping was level of a 2-3⭐️ hotel, not a JW!

I didn’t like that that you had to pay for WIFI and it feels like they block your phones internet.

This property was not a new location.

The front desk staff were extremely unprofessional when I asked for help bringing my delivery to my room due to a work call. They said they had more important tasks to do. I was appalled and will not be using this hotel for future stays.

I loved this hotel. The only downside is the parking fee 75 dollars and the lack of late check out. You would hope they can offer more that 30 mins on a 11am check out but noted.

I loved everything about my stay from start to finish

Had two rooms for the night. One for my husband and I and one for my elderly parents. The location is fantastic, rooms are beautiful

The location was close to shopping and grocery store like whole foods. The boardwalk was beautiful and clean, and safe for evening strolls. I did not like the lack of transparency when it comes to extra fees, the breakfast... Oatmeal $8, cereal over$10, the prices were outrageous. Torn linen on the bedding, hair in bathroom, missing towels and extra roll of toilet paper just to name a few things. I also waited 1.5 hours for a disposable coffee cup because the one in my room was dirty. I changed rooms and both had issues. I was very displeased with the cleanliness of the building. There were discarded food and leftover food service trays that sat on the floor in the hallway for hours before anyone came to take the items back down to the kitchens. There needs to be changes if Marriott wants to keep this hotel at a luxury tier under their brand umbrella!!!!

Very helpful at the front desk and at the restaurant. The room was very comfortable and clean.

We basically spent an entire night’s worth of money just on parking alone, and don’t think there’s anywhere else to park because there really isn’t, at least not overnight. Housekeeping was horrible! I asked for towels so many times stilll nothing!!! The cell service in the hotel is basically nonexistent, and you have to pay $13 per night for WiFi. According to them, it’ll be reimbursed, but why not just make it free to begin with???? The $15-per-night credit you get is the same thing you have to pay for whatever you need and then get reimbursed. Why not just make it simple for people??? I will never be back !!! Idc how nice the place is . Folks need simple stress free travel not you guys charging my card every 5 minutes
