The location was close to shopping and grocery store like whole foods. The boardwalk was beautiful and clean, and safe for evening strolls. I did not like the lack of transparency when it comes to extra fees, the breakfast... Oatmeal $8, cereal over$10, the prices were outrageous. Torn linen on the bedding, hair in bathroom, missing towels and extra roll of toilet paper just to name a few things. I also waited 1.5 hours for a disposable coffee cup because the one in my room was dirty. I changed rooms and both had issues. I was very displeased with the cleanliness of the building. There were discarded food and leftover food service trays that sat on the floor in the hallway for hours before anyone came to take the items back down to the kitchens. There needs to be changes if Marriott wants to keep this hotel at a luxury tier under their brand umbrella!!!!

We basically spent an entire night’s worth of money just on parking alone, and don’t think there’s anywhere else to park because there really isn’t, at least not overnight. Housekeeping was horrible! I asked for towels so many times stilll nothing!!! The cell service in the hotel is basically nonexistent, and you have to pay $13 per night for WiFi. According to them, it’ll be reimbursed, but why not just make it free to begin with???? The $15-per-night credit you get is the same thing you have to pay for whatever you need and then get reimbursed. Why not just make it simple for people??? I will never be back !!! Idc how nice the place is . Folks need simple stress free travel not you guys charging my card every 5 minutes

Our stay at JW was excellent. The minute we arrived, the attendants were very helpful. Check in was smooth and room was ready. Room was clean and spacious. Immediately enjoyed the pool and drinks at pool bar. We felt the JW location was great and walking distance to near by restaurants and bars. Also was a quick drive to catch our cruise. Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great start to our vacation to the Bahamas.
