Our stay at JW was excellent. The minute we arrived, the attendants were very helpful. Check in was smooth and room was ready. Room was clean and spacious. Immediately enjoyed the pool and drinks at pool bar. We felt the JW location was great and walking distance to near by restaurants and bars. Also was a quick drive to catch our cruise. Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. Thank you for a great start to our vacation to the Bahamas.

Hotel is in a great location and the amenities are top notch.

My family and I had a planned cruise vacation we booked over six months ago from Miami. However, we did not have a place to stay prior to our cruise departure. We looked at several hotels near the cruise port terminals. The JW Marriot was less than 15 minutes drive to the terminals. We stayed for two nights prior to explore the city and surrounding areas. We were surprised to be close to many unique eateries walking distance that we were able to enjoy. It was close to several speakeasy bars, nightlife and a Wholefoods market just around the corner. The hotel was phenomenon, modern architecture and spacious. The pool is on the 19th floor with spectacular views of the Miami bay. A game room for kids and adults and a state of the art Fitness Gym. Rooms were spacious and warm. The bathroom is luxurious and you'll see a TV in the mirror which was awesome. We would definitely stay again if the opportunity presents itself. I highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay at the Marriott Marquis Miami. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room overall was spacious, quiet, and very cozy. The bathroom was excellent, and we especially loved the toiletries—the soap, shampoo, and body lotion were all high quality. The breakfast was delicious and offered great value for the price. The valet service was efficient and convenient, making our arrival and departure seamless. The hotel's location is excellent, with easy access to restaurants, attractions, and everything downtown Miami has to offer. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone we interacted with was friendly, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing outstanding service throughout our stay. The only area that could use improvement is the guest activity area on the 19th floor. It feels outdated and would benefit from a renovation and modernization. Considering the overall quality and standards of the hotel, that space does not match the rest of the property's excellent condition. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and would gladly stay here again.

It would have been better, but the pool was unavailable due to a private event. I do not think you should penalize your guests who are paying a lot for the full experience! Disappointing.

Roseline from the front desk was amazing and welcoming from start to finish, the room was amazing as well as the game room on property, will 100% come back

You could improve the cleaning of the showers

Parents had a lovely time - the room was large and well stocked and the staff were very hospitable. Location was perfect!

Very nice room and the location was convenient. We plan to stay here again next time we’re in Miami!
