Everyone and everything was excellent

Check in wasn't super smooth, not sure whose fault that was. It all ended up ok. The bartender was a lot of fun and made our day enjoyable!!!

Modest breakfast but great location.

Pretty let down, considering price & location there are better options available

Good breakfast.

Was 4th of July so you could expect crowds, but there were only two guest elevators that were constantly busy. Lucky I noticed the two service elevators were not. Room was nice and comfortable. Everything was clean. Great location right on the river where you can walk in the back. Little sketchy at night, not very well lit, but no problems. Valet only unless you park a couple blocks away.

Easy and fast check in. Pleasant staff. Clean room, comfortable bed. Walkable to restaurants and shopping district. Great view of yachts passing by. Near the port. Thanks!

The shower did not work the next morning I was there.

The hotel is old and needs some updates but it was decent. What made my stay so terrible was the fact that the fire alarm went off and my mom (who is 71 yrs old) and I had to walk down ELEVEN flights of stairs. When we made it down to the first floor we got stuck in the pool area, the emergency exit door was locked and would not open. But what was really upsetting, was finding out there was no emergency and they were just testing the alarm. The front staff were not apologetic whatsoever AND they brushed it off like it wasn’t serious. Had it been a real fire, a group of us would have died because we could not get out! Also, if it was a test, why didn’t we receive a notification or why didn’t they make an announcement. My mom was so shaken up and almost fell out from hurrying down eleven flights of stairs. So that is why I would not recommend staying at this hotel and I don’t see myself staying there ever again. Terrible customer service!

Great sized room in a very central location

The hotel was just OK- nothing special. Rooms were run down looking and ours was facing the street so it was super loud all night with cars ripping by and we barely slept. Grounds and room seemed clean. Food at buffet wasn’t good. We only stayed one night before a cruise so it was fine but I would never stay here again. Staff at the front desk were very nice and helpful. Location was close to the port and Bayside marketplace which was good.

I had something fall from the ceiling onto me while I was using the toilet. I called the desk they did not come I went done stairs 30 minutes later as I was now going to possibly miss a flight. All they did was look at me like I had 3 eyes and told me to have a good day

The hotel was beautiful for the view of the water behind it. However I didn’t realize that they didn’t have their own parking that was for their hotel only. Something to look forward to for my next trip

The location is great right near the train, and the breakfast is nice. The rooms feels a bit outdated but besides that it's fine

My stay was terrible because I got in from a late flight around midnight, went to sleep at 2am and was awoken at 6:05am in the morning by a fire alarm that told us to evacuate our rooms so I had to go downstairs through a sketchy back corridor for a false fire alarm that went off for another 20 minutes. 4 hours of sleep doesn't work. Why was the fire alarm going off anyway?

This is our second time staying at this location. The property is well situated amongst the metro train and bus stop. Minutes away from shops and stores. The property was clean and smelled good. The staff is friendly except for a few; well expected for the location. The amenities was available. The room was comfortable and had all that we needed for a 5 day stay. We will be stay again!!!
