Comfort Inn & Suites Downtown Brickell - Port of Miami

I lost my money because they didn't want to change date after I accidentally booked the date that was my flight date.

The Wi Fi didn’t work unless I signed up for a choice hotels membership, the pool closed early. Other than that breakfast was good and the rooms were clean.

Hotel was overbooked and my family of 6 had to go to another hotel because they didn't have the 2 rooms we had reserved

Properties a great location that’s all. Breakfast was nice as well. However, you demand a noise from the traffic seems like there is no windows in the rooms which they are but super old and the property needs a major renovation!

Omg not a place I’ll ever stay again. Ac didn’t work. Find ants no maintenance guys there. Staff doesn’t answer phone. Will never book here again

Pretty good location

It was not rush. Just we asked about restaurant and sight seeing in mid aged experienced women. She did not respond properly and so grumpy. She treated like we stayed free of cost. Luckily another guest observed gave all info restaurant and free train service during using lift

Relatively easy to get to. Be prepared to get hit with $50 overnight parking for a 1 night stay. But that’s Miami. Nice staff. Bar staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable.

The room was clean. But the brekfast was not good.

Super clean and nice staff. Easy checkin. Breakfast wasn’t great but staff were quick to clean up tables and refill food. The room was small for four people and both beds touched the walls. We had a back of the hotel river view and the noise from passing yachts was all night long but based on other reviews, the noise from the traffics out front is worse. Plus, looking at water and beautiful boats was a great view. Easy to walk to food and the metro. Stayed the night before our cruise and took an uber- port is about 10 minutes away. The hotel shuttle is $12 per person so the uber is much cheaper.

Great place to stay if you are going on a cruise.
