Horrible, out dated property

Check in and out was smooth. Walkable location for bayfront park, monorail. 10 mins drive to Little Havana and Frost science museum. there are great parking options across the road. Easy exit to I95.

Convenient and close with walking distance; easy to valet car and cool building and room aesthetic

The business center level was a nice place to sit with my laptop and do work, nice couches and tables, but not very office-y My first room faced the front of the hotel and there was a lot of noise from the street. They ended up moving me to a room in the back due to some planned construction, which was much quieter!

Property was great proximity everything there’s amenities very close love the old building. It was beautiful so much character and it was very clean. Would’ve been nice to have an ice machine on one of the floors instead of having to ask the staff to get it for you again minor detail

Close to downtown Construction caused entrance to be blocked off. Confusing finding how to get in.

The bed is nice and firm like I prefer, yet still comfortable. The temperature control in the room is good. And the room was quiet for light sleepers; but I was far away from the elevator so I cannot be certain about the rooms with more noises and foot traffic. Check-in and out were very pleasant both arriving late hours and departing early hours. And the hotel smelled good, no mold or over perfumed. It was clean and easy to breath for anyone with odor sensitivity. The cleaning staff are precise and leave your room as clean and orderly as the day you arrive, but without moving your belongings; except if you bring your own washcloth. That was taken with the cleaning, but I understand how it could be confused. Oh, and they have 2 free bottles of water in the room for you each day. I highly recommend this hotel for all travelers to Miami for work or pleasure.

Clean rooms, clean smell throughout the hotel. Stayed here several times and always pleased.

The room was a nice size and clean. I wish there was an ice machine or a store close to get cold water. I did not see any amenities, I was not told about any amenities when I checked in.

Staff were very helpful and kind. Hotel was in close proximity to the port for our cruise. The shuttle offered by the hotel to the port was affordable and very friendly.

The motel was downtown. The area around it was very sketchy at best. Buildings around were being torn down and very few restaurants around.
