Location was nice I requested a wheelchair accessible t oll in shower which I paid for well before arriving. Manager said they didn't have one available because they were overbooked

The room was spacious and the view was beautiful. The pool could use some updating

Location was handy to metro and bayside etc and staff were nice at valet and front desk Room needs modernising, size was okay and clean but nowhere for two adults to put suitcases and clothing other than on the floor or remain in our suitcase. Fridge was in bedroom and very odd having washroom outside of toilet and bathroom area. Very very noisy which made it difficult to sleep. Disappointing as we had stayed at Hyatt Orlando and this was delightful so we’re hoping for the same in Miami.

The rooms were very large and the overall property was really nice.

They need to do some upgrades to their rooms

No me gustó la parte de la limpieza. El cuarto solo recogerieron la cama y pudieron toallas nuevas pero con olor a humedad y no limpiaron mas nada. El aire acondicionado esta super sucio malo malo. Las cortinas se movían y salía polvo. La tv nada interesante que ver. Este hotel debería renovarlo por co.pleto esta muy obsoleto. Y ni hablar del gimnasio es como una covacha pequeña y super incómodo. Definitivamente no volvería a ningún hyatt es el 2 que me quedo en menos de 6 meses y de verdad no vuelvo.

The property was clean and elegant only thing was parking was a hassle but the stay was great

Everything was great. I was there for a fight at the James l Knight Center. Security was terrible. Was too strict. I should’ve posted on the website that people cannot bring certain kind of bag. We didn’t get no email for that.

We had an early flight and arrived at the Hyatt in the morning. We were planning to drop our luggage off with the hotel until check in. We were more than surprised to learn our room was ready! This hotel is located in an area that is accessible to sight seeing, restaurants, and shopping. We loved watching the yachts and boats passing on the river while the bridge opened up. Very comfortable beds here.

No breakfast no parking

nothing They supplied ear plugs in the room as the traffic outside was very noisy. They charged parking on our room which was not to be charged to us. There was no door opening onto a balcony.

The hotel is located in a great location very chaotic to get into majority of staff very friendly, very respectful and very helpful My credit card was charged twice for one meal headed dispute with my bank
