Kimpton EPIC Hotel by IHG

One draw back was for me is the lobby watch place, they only allow people with appointment. I am big watch guy and its their loss, i was with kids in transit and how would i know i need an appointment.

How agile Valet parking managed peak hours, very impressive. Breakfast served at 8am is not good.

I had a great stay at the Kimpton EPIC Hotel! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location with easy access to everything around Miami. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and upscale. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of spending two nights at the Kimpton EPIC Hotel in Miami, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful property, sophisticated ambiance, and warm hospitality. The hotel is absolutely lovely, with an inviting atmosphere that makes you feel welcomed and relaxed. My room was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and extremely comfortable. Cleanliness is very important to me, and the hotel certainly exceeded my expectations in that department. What made my stay even more enjoyable was the staff. Everyone I encountered was incredibly friendly, welcoming, courteous, and professional. Their hospitality truly added a special touch to my experience. From the accommodations to the ambiance, the property, and the outstanding customer service, everything was wonderful! I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend the Kimpton EPIC Hotel to anyone visiting Miami. I will certainly be looking forward to returning! Very good

Overall good stay, staff was friendly enough but did not go above or beyond in anyway even after discovering my Platinum Elite status. There was mold growing in the shower which was disappointing. I also booked a cabana for a pool day, it was virtually impossible to track down a server, we were told a fruit plate came with and it was never provided. For the price, the experience was just fine.

This is a lovely property. The room was spacious. I appreciate the floors which were a vinyl wood plank instead of musty hotel carpet. The bathroom was lovely and spacious. The bed was extremely cozy. Only complaint is that there was no coffee maker in the room. I will definitely stay here again.

The Kimpton was nice loved the area I did have a few issues with my room but the front desk accommodated me immediately
