Está bien ubicado ,pero el valet parking es carísimo y te cobran por todo. también no tiene cafetera y no me limpiaron la habitación durante mi estancia. Me habían dado un crédito y no lo aplicaron al contrario me cobraron cargos q desconozco.

I really enjoyed my stay. The pool staff were a little rude and not as attentive, they picked and choose who they wanted to attend to. Overall check in process was very smooth.

Came to stay here after returning to Miami after a 7 day cruise traveling home. Arrived right at 4pm check in and were told there were no more 2 bed water view rooms available which is what we reserved. We could either take a city view room (at the water view price?) or wait a few minutes for a 1 bed suite. An hour and a half later we were finally told our room was ready and clean. As soon as we got to the room first thing we saw was a large green stain on the couch where our kids were supposed to sleep. Waited another 1/2 hour for housekeeping who took a look and disappeared. Had to go back to the front desk to find out we now had to wait for engineering to take care of the stain. While waiting for engineering found more mystery stains on the curtains… engineering finally came and replaced the cushion… didn’t have much confidence in the rest of the couch so my wife and I shared a roll out bed and let our teenage sons sleep on the bed… king bed which for done reason only had two tiny twin size pillows on it. Missed dinner reservations waiting for all of this. Ok, let’s take a look at the pool. nope, closed already at 7:30 on a Sat evening. Return to the room to find out after it gets dark that there is really insufficient lighting in the room. Nightstand lights and a single floor lamp, all with harsh high temp white lighting. Room had a beautiful view but we were greeted the next morning by window cleaners suctioning to our windows. No warning.

Recommendation for Valet: Text us if the wait time will exceed the 15 minutes. Two days I waited for my car for over 30 minutes. I will definitely stay again.

LOVED IT HERE!! DEFINITELY LUXURY. DON’T THINK TWICE, JUST BOOK!

The location, staff, food and drinks were excellent. The wait for breakfast took a little while before being seated despite tables being vacant.

Breakfast on 16th floor was amazing. Drinks on the 1st floor were phenomenal.

Love the view from our balcony! Rooms were clean and bathroom was spacious. However, lighting could be a bit brighter for us women getting hair and makeup ready. The front desk staff can seriously improve their demeanor. I called them twice and they were dry, monotone, not warm or jolly at all. The day of checkout I walked up to the desk to the 2 girls there talking. I greeted the one who was actually working the desk and asked my question. She didn’t bother to greet me at all or much less smile. Felt as if I was interrupting their conversation with her facial expression. No customer service skills, smh, she is the biggest reason for not giving 5 stars.
