Yotel Miami

The staff were the plus for the Yotel. Accommodating and professional at all times.

We really loved our room as it was clean and had everything we could need like hair dryer, iron for your clothes. Breakfast was pretty good as well.

The bed sheets were disgustingly dirty full of stains literally all over the blanket - lucky we pulled back the quilt before laying in the bed. The phone does not work to call and complain went to the front desk and was told I am sorry - huh- I literally showed pictures and the woman stated - yea that’s disgusting

Checked in at 3pm and requested sheets/blanket/pillows for the pull out couch. I paid extra for two additional guests. After calling 4 times and two trips to the front desk, we finally had pillows and a sheet delivered around 8pm, but no blanket. When I went back to the front desk again to ask for the blanket, I was told they didn’t have them and it should have been in the closet. There was no closet and no blanket. My 8 year old slept with a towel for cover last night. We will not be back. Very disappointed and frustrated.

Lastly, the didn't have wash clothes for me.

The bed was a sofa bed. You will sleep horrible on it. They gave you 2 welcome drinks which is only for beer. They charge you 20% service fee & the bartender said the fee was for everyone who worked there so if you wanted to tip her more you could.

I was traveling from Detroit for a cruise so we stayed there for a day. We got there pretty early and not only did they let us check in early, the accommodated us with a bigger room due to the size of my family. They were very helpful and nice. We will be visiting the hotel again.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They always made us feel welcome. The breakfast wasn’t huge, but everything was tasty and well prepared. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was not clean. The rooms were very sparse. It gave the feel of a very, very low hotel.

The room was ok, basic and has an extremely foul smell which was annoying. The air conditioning was faulty and I had to beg them 3 times to fix it. Only when I insisted the second time, they came. I asked for a restock of toilet paper to be delivered to the room and i’m still waiting on it.

All was good except the breakfast. We decided to pre-purchase 2 breakfast at the hotel for the 2 days we were there. Bad decision the buffet type breakfast was very small & not good. So on the second day, I asked them if I could use the $34 towards purchasing breakfast at the restaurant and they told me no so I wanted to losing $34 not too happy about that but I’ll know for next time don’t order the breakfast.

Staff were really friendly. They even extended my checkout time so I could get some sleep. The restaurant/bar has some decent food at reasonable prices, I was expecting outrageous prices given the hotel’s location.

Good breakfast. Not enough bedding, bed sheets were over comforter.

The staff were very nice and the location perfect for a short stay. Convenient No parking!!!! Booking.com says that they have parking and it's noooo true!. The room was small and weird setting for the space. The bathroom and toilet is a No No No.
