YOTEL Miami

Location, staff, pool, quality happy hour snacks The rooms feel a little cold and mine had no view to town. But given the price, this is not a complaint but the only reason why i did nit give a 9 rating

The property was cute and modern. It looked clean, It had a larger gym than most hotels have. At check-in, they offer a free beer ticket. It's a little misleading since they say it is a drink ticket, but they don't specify that it is for their house beer only. The room is on the smaller side. I did like the adjustable bed with a touch of a button, so you can sit up if you like. I have never seen that in a hotel. I hated the frosted bathroom. It is not a real door and a it's a weird setup for a bathroom. It works if you are a romantic couple, but I can imagine it being awkward if you are rooming with a friend. We also couldn't figure out how to turn off the purple lighting underneath the TV when we were trying to sleep. The shower also leaked when we used it. We only stayed one night, so it was fine. But it would not have been ideal if we were to stay for multiple days.

I loved everything about Yotel. The location, the staff, the cleanliness etc.

From the moment we walked in till the moment we left, I have nothing but excellent things to say about this hotel. Louis at the front desk and all the people in the restaurant were more than helpful. Lewis is a gem to have at that hotel! Super clean and nice location.

Disappointing

This hotel is a perfect location if you are going on a cruise. The hotel is nice, clean and has a restaurant inside. Our room was very nice. Clean, the bed was comfy. The bathroom and shower are behind the glass. Alittle different. The hotel charges you a $37 fee for the pool and gym regardless if you use it or not. We did not like that. The parking is across the street. $25. I would stay here again due to convenience.

Everything close to Bayside Area is good

I liked the lobby it was really nice, purple lights and a seating area with a huge screen upstairs. I also liked the room being able to control the lights and AC easily, the tv having good channels to watch, and the controlling bed. I did not like that the mini fridge had left over open food and water from a previous guest, and the elevator also did not work and a bunch of people had to go into one elevator crowded with no air conditioning.

The restaurant in yotel was excellent. The rooms were clean and adequate. I would definitely stay here again next time. We head out on a cruise

Was charged twice for a holding fee of $75. Front desk representatives were a little “brush off” about the situation. I received one deposit back, I am still short of my other $75. I also found old blood on my pillowcases and sheets. I asked to switch rooms afterwards. They did accommodate and move me into a different room. Again I would like to receive my other deposit back.
