Staff members was amazing, hotel clean wonderful view from the balcony

Our room was ready before usual check in time. Which was amazing. The bed was hard and honestly not comfortable for me or my partner. I had to order laundry supplies to use the washer/dryer. And there were no tabs for the dishwasher or dish soap or sponges. For a skyline suite there was room for improvements. Our view was buildings under construction. The balcony was no where near what I expected. I will say that there was a great deal to walk to nearby. On the plus side the room was clean, the fridge kept items cold. And there were fresh linens. Overall I don’t know that I would stay again. For the price there are other suites in the area that offer more in their price. I like to clean up prior to leaving a hotel room and couldn’t even do a simple washing of cups because there was no dish soap provided.

The view is absolutely stunning. The bellboys are so kind and helpfull, the ladies at the counter could be more friendly and helpfull.

We also asked for a microwave and were told every microwave had been lent out, with no alternative place to heat food. The front desk was equally unhelpful when we asked where to take food delivery, simply pointing us outside with no useful directions. With zero housekeeping or replenishment for three nights, that felt ridiculous. There are better options in Miami, especially near the beach.

I recently stayed at the Gale Miami Hotel from September 18-20, 2026, and had a very enjoyable experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, professional, and attentive. Check-in was smooth, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The hotel was modern, clean, and well-maintained. My room was comfortable, spacious, and offered everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room's design gave it a stylish, upscale feel. Housekeeping did a great job keeping the room clean throughout my visit. One of the best aspects of the hotel is its location. Being in downtown Miami made it convenient to explore nearby restaurants, attractions, shopping, and nightlife. I also appreciated the easy access to transportation and the waterfront areas. The amenities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere of the property was vibrant yet relaxing. The common areas were clean and inviting, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring the city. Overall, my stay at Gale Miami Hotel exceeded my expectations. I would gladly stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, modern hotel in a convenient Miami location. Great service, great accommodations, and an excellent overall experience.

Absolutely amazing property. I will stay there again next time in am in town to cruise. Extremely helpful staff and beautiful clean room!

Stayed 4 days/3 nights. Room was clean and decent size. Pool was the best part of the hotel. Restaurant on first floor was subpar and overpriced. Called guest services for ice one night at 8pm… never received it. When you turn on the bathroom light, the light in the bedroom comes on which is just dumb. The shower is only half covered with a HALF piece of glass, never seen that before in my life. The only parking they offer is valet parking which is $75 a night. Wanted to charge me $6 and some change for a can of Coca-Cola in the little “cafe” downstairs lol. One positive is that there is a decent amount of things within walking distance. Overall not impressed, been to much nicer hotels elsewhere that cost less honestly but no, i will not go back or recommend to anyone else i know visiting the Miami downtown area.
