I would recommend! The best hotel I stayed at. Close to everything and the staff is super nice. Also, you meet a lot of nice people there. Can’t wait to come back there

Front desk was pleasant. We needed extra towels & blankets. We could not get through to the front desk. We downloaded their app, no luck with any help there. They answered and asked how they could help. I promptly replied and nothing back. I called the front desk, and their AI receptionist needs work. No prompts for anything close to what I needed assistance for. We had to reuse towels amongst our party of 6. Gross.

Request clean service after 3 days. We never received the complimentary beverage. People from outside enjoying property ammenities (girls).

My daughter and I had a wonderful time at this property. The room was great, the staff were friendly, and the food was very good! The best part was the location. We were able to walk many places and get around easily. Would definitely stay here again!

Rooftop pool was so fun with great views. A quick uber ride to the cruise port and many walkable resturants

Modern room. Great location. Very walkable to food and entertainment. 2 Upscale restaurants. Staff was friendly by Miami standards. 2 bedroom was spacious and perfect for a family of 4.

The woman at the front desk paid no attention to the guests. She came across as very arrogant and unprofessional, which made our experience unpleasant.

Thr hotel is nice and conveniently located. The staff wasn't too delightful on this particular visit, but I excused it due to the facility being crowded within the moment.

Great property, location is amazing. However we had a room that had a shower with no glass or curtain so when we showered water went everywhere. We also went to the pool with an empty tumbler so we can just put ice in it with heat this time a year and they wouldn’t allow us. We had to pay $20 for two small glasses of soda water. Just soda water. Which we had to chug because of the heat. We ended up leaving and went to another property that our friends where at to enjoy it more. Also they only have valet which is $75 a night. You should have another option for parking. $75 is just ridiculously high for no reason. Also a lot of different fees they add on top of the actual price you paid.

The check in staff were nice. The bartenders at the pool bar were exceptional! Overall it was a pleasant stay, though not as luxurious as I expected for the price.

It's unbelievable how an untrained front desk employee like Alvisa can ruin your entire stay with her rude, impolite, and unfriendly attitude—which is a far from what customer service should be.

It is beautiful, clean and safe.
