I had such an amazing stay at The Gale in Downtown Miami with two of my friends, and honestly, they helped make my birthday so special! From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. They even surprised me with a complimentary bottle of wine for my birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch and really made the experience feel special. The room was very clean, extremely spacious, and much bigger than I expected. Having three of us stay together, the extra space made such a difference. The balcony was definitely one of my favorite parts of the stay. The city views were absolutely beautiful, especially at night when all the lights were shining — it was such a vibe! The pool area was also beautiful and a great place to relax. They have a bar right by the pool, and the bartenders were so nice and friendly. The entire property was clean, well-maintained, and conveniently located close to everything we wanted to do in Downtown Miami. Overall, I had an amazing birthday stay at The Gale. The beautiful views, spacious and clean room, great amenities, convenient location, and especially the wonderful staff made this a trip I’ll definitely remember. I would absolutely stay here again! ❤️✨

We stayed one night before getting on a cruise so didn’t use a lot of amenities. Room was decent and overall hotel was clean. The one thing that will keep me from going back is the very heavy security presence. There was more security in the lobby/ outside than assistants behind the desk- led me to believe they must have a significant issue if they need that much presence is needed .

I wish the HH bites lasted longer. But our stay was great!

Spacious rooms and great facilities. Get the breakfast option (which is a good selection in the restaurant from the menu and works out great value), the service in the restaurant is brilliant, especially Iannis. Would have liked housekeeping to come but hadn’t realised I needed to request it. Only improvement would be to allow guests to take drinks to the pool.

I reserved 2 rooms here to stay with my friends and we were amazed. The staff were kind, the service was top tier, and the view was amazing. We did get 2 balcony rooms which I would recommend. This is definitely my go to place whenever I am in Miami
