Gale Miami Hotel and Residences

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, views from the balcony were amazing, valet parking was very professional but 75$ is pricey, we loved the pool area on the 9th floor. We’d definitely recommend and would return again. Nothing

The hotel cheated me on the parking charges. Although my car was parked there for only two days (75 USD/day), the hotel charged my deposit for five days (375 USD) and, to this day, refuses to refund the money. When I requested a refund for the three days when I did not use the parking, they told me that I had to prove that I didn't use the parking, rather than them proving that my car was actually parked there. Of course, I provided evidence showing them invoice when my car rental ended, but I still have not received my refund. I am a foreign customer, and I feel that I was completely ignored. The hotel is in a great location, but the staff are unresponsive and seem more interested in keeping customers' money than in resolving legitimate complaints. Very disappointing experience.

Location is excellent. Beautiful apartment, exceptionally clean, beds super comfy, amazing view. Pool was great, food downstairs is great - really enjoyed my stay here No hotel parking. Could use some cutlery and plates in the apartment since the kitchenette is already there.

Everything. They service, the room, the restaurant, the security staff, the amenities. The construction site being our main view. The elevator was tricky at times as well.

Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy. The location was fantastic, with MiamiCentral/Brightline within easy walking distance and plenty of great food options nearby. We enjoyed the hotel and location so much that we’ve already booked another stay for March. Definitely recommend!

From the moment we arrived it was a bad experience and only continued to get worse. Paid valet parking was included with our reservation and when we got there the valet person barely wanted to talk to us and just kept saying we’re at capacity you can’t park here and I explained to him that we have a reservation and valet parking is included and it’s paid for already and if your at capacity where am I supposed to park, he said around the corner on the back side of the building there is a parking garage. He failed to mention that it is a paid parking garage that is not associated with the hotel so not only have I already paid for valet parking for the hotel but now I have to pay separately for the garage. After driving around in circles for almost an hour trying to find this supposed garage I saw multiple cars going into valet and when I did I addressed it and said you told us your at capacity but is it because I’m in a Honda and not a corvette or g wagon being an expensive car that I can’t go in because I saw those two going in and he dismissed me and said the garage is around the corner. After an hour I found the garage and parked and then had to walk in the rain to the hotel and proceeded to let them know the situation to which they didn’t help a single bit stating the valet is a third party company. I asked them how do you expect me to get my bags in here because I’m not going around the corner over railroad tracks with luggage in the rain with my wife this is absurd. They

Superb

We really enjoyed staying here. We stayed on the front in the back end of our cruise. The nightlife and the activity of downtown was a pretty cool vibe even though we’re old people. We just like watching it all and the restaurants were great. The Gail is very central to a lot of places in the downtown area if you’re trying to get around downtown. It’s not a beach hotel like staying on the water, but you can see it from your balcony and the bed is comfortable too.

, and wow, what a memorable treat the room was magnificent, excellent view, excellent amenities. Gale will ensure get my business and I hope to reserve the same room each vacation in Miami!! Job well done Gale and to their excellent staff.
