The Crosby Miami Worldcenter

We stayed there for a night before a cruise. Great location for exploring and getting to the cruise port. It was more of an Airbnb than a hotel, though. High floor apartment with beautiful view, but no privacy, and very bare bone - there was a coffee machine but no coffee pods or sugar, etc. The most annoying thing (very common in any hotel) was lack of hooks: no place whatsoever to hang an anything (like a towel). Also, extra bed/sofa had no proper bedding. However, the pool was a hit with kids. Would only stay again out of necessity.

Hotel is excellent , was a serious problem with getting Amazon packages and the pool was out of service the entire time

The room was under appointed. The nightstand anchor had been ripped out of the wall. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work, I had tried calling the front desk 3 times and left voicemails each time, never to hear back. This is an apartment building that they are trying to have a few floors be rooms for rent. NOT A REAL HOTEL

It has a lot of floors! Elevator wait time was often longer than ideal. Be aware: no USB charging points and my room did not have a bedside light which was odd. Other than that - pretty excellent find!

Clean room

The hotel is at a good location. The staff are polite and the rooms are clean and cozy.

Ac was out in The room. Took about 5 hours to have someone come look at it. Once someone arrived they realized the ac was out and couldn’t put me in the same room that i booked. They put me in a one bedroom and that rooms microwave didn’t work. The only accommodation that was made was a 50% discount on the room

I had to pay a $600 deposit for 4 nights!!! The staff at front was easily annoyed especially the one who checked me in. He was rude and instead of telling me what I needed to know he came to 21 floor to tell me how to get in condescendingly. When I asked about checking out the next morning at 4am I was rudely informed that the desk was open 24 hours. When I checked out I didn’t receive any invoice showing the deposit or that I would be refunded.
