Everything was awesome. I will book again. Very close to everything. Easy check-in, actually got checked in early.

Was charged a $150 security deposit.

We will be back as many times we can because this is so comfy

The cleaning lady open my door while I was sleep

It was okay, I wouldn’t really recommend the corridor smelt weird and eerie, the front desk staff were dull and moodless felt like I was at a school event and those are my teachers that are a complete buzzkill for my Miami adventure I came for . The staff, corridor & elevator format

Great location next to the Miami Brightline Station. Made the trip down for a concert so much easier with a hotel both walking distance to the Brightline and the Kaseya Center/bayside. Hotel was clean and quiet. The one bedroom king was a great value. The kitchenette and bathroom are both very good size.

Clean room, nice location

I thought the experience was going to be great once they updated my room upon arrival but this was by far one of the dirtiest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in. There was hair on every surface from the countertops, shower floor and under the cabinets I was utterly disgusted. For how nice the room the interior was everything was dirty not to mention the plates had food stains from the previous stays as well. I did show the room service lady the stains in the sink and more and it just seemed like more dirt was added after she cleaned and this is no exaggeration, there was also seemed to be a big spill on the rug in red and I know it was not apart of the design because the other side of the rug didn’t include it nor did the one in the living room. I also contacted the hotel to ask about any hidden fees on the Expedia app and didn’t get a response only to get to the hotel and be meant with fees that weren’t included on my receipt. I definitely will not be staying here again or recommend it to anyone. ( in the pictures you’ll see an eyelash cluster and long hair strips, I don’t wear eyelashes and my hair is very short and coiled so none of these belong to me)

The bathroom and views were my favorite part so beautiful. I will say the valet was the worse part. I saw many others complain, took 45m to get our car and there seemed to be little to no communication with night/morning shift.. they couldn’t find my car at one point. Other than that everything else was great.

room was very clean we got an upgrade complimentary and early check in! the pool is nice i think it closed at 7:30 pm. balcony views were nice but now they’re building and construction is in front. we were on the 23rd floor. look just like pictures i’ll return. was near everything, especially close to cactus club and the beach
