The Grayson Miami Downtown

The staff are overall nice, responsive and helpful. The third floor has a comfortable lounge area to hang out and the adjacent lobby bar made a great burger. The location is okay, easy access to/from the airport, but a little removed from the more lively areas of Miami. Still there are several good restaurants a few blocks away and the metromover tram is close by. It’s also great access for museums or event venues along Biscayne Blvd. My first stay was fantastic, nice room, well maintained and everything worked great. My second stay was in a room with a dingy bathtub and sad, messy shower curtain with broken rings, what’s worse is the shower water never heated past room temperature. The coffee maker was also not working.

This hotel was really nice, I was upgraded to a deluxe balcony suite and was greeted with a bottle of complimentary wine. Check in was fast and straight to the point with a $150 incidental hold. The room has plenty of amenities beverages and snacks for purchase. Alcohol and other surprises. the balcony was massive and the only complaint I have is the bed on the balcony was raggedy and I didn’t get to lay out on it because of that. it needs to be replaced immediately!. I didn’t check out any of the rest of the hotel because I was only here to board my cruise but I would definitely stay here again. It’s walking distance to a lot of stuff.and right across from the cruise port

We stayed here for our 45 year anniversary before we were to board a cruise ship. I was not on their property more than 5 minutes and I slipped and fell on their floor and fractured my knee cap. These people never once came to see how I was and when our insurance company could only get us home 2days later they charged us more for 2 extra days. They didn't care what happened to me as I was an international traveler. I arrived home Monday and I am having orthopedic surgery on Friday at 6 am. Still no concerns to what happened to me. Just be careful with the hotel authorities floors are dirty and concerns for human beings they are are there for the money. No regards for humans just the money. I will never stay at hotel again. I would sooner sleep on the streets then stay there. There is a great pizza place a couple of blocks from the hotel. Buyer beware. My husband had brand new socks on when we left and our stay there was over this is what his socks look like. We had to throw them out. They were filthy. One picture shows how clean and new they were. Please be careful

They were able to store our luggage and allowed us access to the amenities before our room was ready. They were extremely helpful and was a great location.

I had such and amazing stay From the amenities to the beautiful suite. And the fact everything is walkable staying at this hotel. Absolutely perfect for Active solo travelers who don't want to shell out the extra money on Ubers

The room was very nice and the view was spectacular. Unfortunately, the experience after checkout completely overshadowed these positive aspects. Unexpected and unexplained charges appeared on the card after the stay, including charges for minibar items we did not use. What should have been a wonderful birthday trip ended with frustration and a complete loss of trust in the hotel. Unauthorized charges after checkout — be extremely careful I booked and paid for this stay at The Grayson Hotel Miami Downtown as a birthday present for a friend. He said the room was very nice and the view was spectacular. Unfortunately, what happened after checkout completely erased those positive impressions. At check-in, my friend was required to provide his card as a deposit or guarantee. After checking out early and returning home, he discovered several unexplained charges on that card. So far, we have not received an itemized bill, receipts, or any evidence showing that he consumed or removed these any products or extra services. If this hotel asks you to provide a card as a guarantee or deposit, be extremely cautious. Photograph or record the entire minibar before leaving. Personally, after what happened to my friend, I would advise travelers not to stay here. Making unexplained charges after checkout represents a serious breach of trust.

I enjoyed my stay very much. I was in a very spacious corner unit with views of the Bay. The room was very clean and well maintained. The staff were all pleasant, professional and helpful. The rooftop pool and lap pool are beautifully located. The hotel is located within walking distance to at least three museums. Valet parking is on call with a text and very convenient. It was lovely!
