The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was clean and very modern overall great stay and I’ll stay here again

I received an email that we were getting something like a vip treatment. However we did not even received a bottle of wine that was listed on the email. It want even mentioned. Communication was very limited. Otherwise it was a very nice facility

We loved everything about it. Close to everything at the Miami pier and the cruise ships.

Hotel location, facilities, amenities and staff were amazing! Such a good decision to stay at The Grayson. Experience with Expedia support not so good.

Love this hotel. Steven a bell hop was extremely friendly helpful and warm welcoming. After waiting a hour for uber at the cruise line pick up in the hot humidity, then struggled to get bag out of uber up to side walk it was refreshing to see Steven run from the front desk to the down the hall to grab our bags. The staff in general were really nice and resourceful. Definitely making this our permanent destination hotel!!!!

Excellent place!

Stayed for 1 night. Loved that it was conveniently located near Kaseya Center since we were going to Shakira’s Concert. The views from the room were amazing. Room and bathroom were spacious. Bed was comfortable. The staff at check in was very friendly. Also loved that it was pet friendly and was able to bring my dog with me. There are plenty of green areas around the hotel for your fur baby. There are two pools but the one that overlooks the bay view was incredible. Overall amazing stay and I wish i had more days definitely coming back to this hotel when i visit Miami again.

Room was amazing and obviously sound proof. Super clean and great city view. We stayed one night before boarding our ship & it was only a 10 minute drive to the cruise port!

I liked that the property looked after our luggage since we arrived 6 hours early but they also prepared our room early and was able to go to the room in only 3 hours and our luggage was already delivered to it. The restaurant (speaking of breakfast primarily) in the hotel didn’t offer a continental breakfast for travelers that were on the go early in the morning and needed something quick and simple, it was all set down cook to order and it was extremely expensive for breakfast (dinner I understand) so we went without breakfast. Other than that No complaints great location, great staff and a very nice Hotel and I would definitely recommend it or go stay again on my next trip to Miami

The Grayson was amazing! Staff were very helpful and informative. Be mindful of booking through Expedia all fees aren’t processed here, you’ll need to pay the resort fees etc. when you arrive. Only thing I’d change about my stay is the TV lol (they didn’t have the apps Netflix YouTube etc. only basic TV channels) despite this, amazing time! Will stay again!
