The Elser Hotel Miami

This suite was amazing!!!! The bed was comfortable, the bay views were absolutely phenomenal. The balcony was a great touch. I was in awe when we walked into our suite. The furniture in the living area was comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was divine after walking all day. We did not grab any time at the pool due to a late flight. But we had the opportunity to walk to close by shopping, places to eat very easily. And time to the port for our cruise was a breeze. Would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone wanting a very nice place to stay pre-cruise.

I liked everything room was clean despite some of the staff around the pool area but everything was Amazing I hate the elevator operation especially having to wait for a long period of time just to wait on one and also having a specific one to go to rather than just go in anyone , I left some things in my room didn’t even feel like going through the hassle of waiting another 10 to half an hour for the elevator

Room carpet very dirty. Self parking was $63 a day. Valet $85. Hotel is dated and the rooms are like a old college dorm room. Cheap furniture and dirty carpets everywhere. Sofa had multiple stains. Door to balcony lock was broken and would not latch. Much better places in Miami to stay for the price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone

When I arrived, I noticed several things that I believe should have been taken care of before my arrival. There were food remnants on the carpet, a hairnet left in the room, and hair in the bathroom drain. Additionally, the trash was not collected and eventually became overflowing. I understand that even if the room is cleaned every other day, there should still be a way to have the trash collected daily, or guests should be clearly informed that they need to leave it outside the door for collection. Other than these issues, my overall experience with the rest of the services was excellent. My 3-star rating is specifically regarding the cleanliness of the room and does not reflect my overall experience with the accommodation.

This was one of the most beautiful and well put together hotels I have ever stayed in domestically. Definitely premium prices lol it’s Miami but you actually get the luxury and amenities that at-least make it worth it . I used my silver member discount and had $50 off also and then 4 free welcome drinks , the prosecco was omg ! The view was omg . Next time I’ll stay I wanna use all the amenities!
