Amazing hotel. I will definitely stay here again

Walking in the first time the smell of air freshener was overwhelming. Almost like perfume. The gnats were very bad in the trash cans and at the bar. Bar service was very slow. They need to replace the carpet in the rooms, very dirty.

Friends we were traveling with had multiple issues including no air. This hotel has an amazing bar/restaurant inside called Celia's and it was the start of the show. The hotel has great potential but they need to concentrate on customer service and maintenance. Not the hotel's fault, but it is also very noisy outside. So if the is something that bothers you, you will want to be prepared. For those cruising out of Miami, this is a great location but keep in mind it is not for the bougie of heart.

Amazing staff all around! Comfy room and conveniently located to everything. The restaurant is also very good. Definitely recommend!

Very good

Location was great, bay view was great, valet service was a good feature but $65 incl. taxes!! The traffic noise not so great, room small and bathroom tiny. You could literally sit on the toilet and brush your teeth at the same time. The whole place was pretty worn out, single pane windows - worst of all - only two elevators for a 17 story building. They have a warning at the elevator about main check out time - plan 30 min extra for waiting on the evelator. Price for valet parking was half the price of the stay... Cleanliness also not so great.

Everything was great no complaits

Convenient to cruise port and in an active area with lots of shopping, dining and entertainment. There are only 2 elevators and they are very slow, so plan ahead if on a time crunch.

Great location, just in front of Bayside. It was perfect for our one night stay.

This hotel is an older hotel the photos online make it look a lot better than it actually was it’s just your standard hotel not special. The price for one night was good. The staff was good. Like I mentioned it’s ‘em an older hotel that could use some renovations . My room was decent enough to sleep for the night but the white towels were rough and had had stains. ( time for new ones). We did eat breakfast which was good . I probably would not stay at this place again

The elevator traffic was a lot and long Elevator

The location is nice. I knew I'd love the location as I've stayed at this location before. The cleanliness of the room wasn't good. Whoever cleaned the room did it in a rush because gummie candy wrapper from the previous guest was still in the room on the floor. The elevators only had one working so you're waiting forever to get on.
