Easy peasy, close to downtown, clean, has everything it needs

When we reported the issue, we were told there were no other rooms available because we had checked in late. Despite the condition of the room making it unsuitable for a comfortable stay, we were not offered any meaningful solution or a refund. I understand that problems can happen, but how they’re handled makes all the difference. The mattresses were so badly worn that this was clearly not a new issue, yet they were still being used for guests. That was extremely disappointing and suggests that guest comfort was not a priority. To make matters worse, we felt completely ignored by the staff throughout the process. There was no genuine effort to resolve the situation or make things right, and we were left paying for what was, without question, the most uncomfortable hotel stay we’ve ever had. I would not recommend this property.

This was our worst hotel stay ever and we’ve stayed at over 100 hotels. We booked a bay view but got a side building, obstructed view. Our bathroom was moldy all over the tiles and ceiling, the shower was scolding hot or cold only, the bed skirts were covered in god-knows-what, no sheets on the beds and only a sheet and brown scratchy blanket wrapped together to sleep with. They don’t tell you that the breakfast isn’t free and it was $130 for 3 people to do buffet. All complaints were reported to the staff and all we got was “we will handle this matter” but they handled nothing. The hotel is severely run down and dirty and smells like weed everywhere.

The view would have been nice but the windows were not clear due to thick screens so everything was "blurred" Location is good for the Kesaya Center which is why we were there.

AC was not working

The proximity to the park, very convinience.

I gave it a 4 because they only have 2 elevators for the whole hotel. It takes about 5-10mins to catch one. Other than that, I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Location was good for the World Cup Fan fest across the street and convenient for good eateries. On the down side my room was not made up the first of my three nights there, for some reason. Room AC unit was very noisy but worked OK. I did receive early check in and a room upgrade though. I would say the hotel is what I'd describe as rock solid three stars but needs a good renovation effort, meaning pushing it into the upper two star if not addressed soon. Did not eat at the hotel; and passed on the 2 for 1 cocktail ticket received as a welcome at check in, but we'd other things around to distract. Would not stay again but it was not a disaster.

Run down, uncomfortable beds and system was down trying to check in. Better to look elsewhere.
