Hair dryer in all rooms.

I think this is a great hotel if you were going to be attending a concert at the Kaseya Center. It’s about a 10 minute walk otherwise I think you could find a little bit better value for what you pay, but the rooms were clean. The staff was nice. It is in a really great location. I would definitely stay again at the next concert.

The hotel smelled not clean. Like mildew. The room however, was clean. Room is way too small. No space at all. TV tinier than a computer screen. Cahnnels very fuzzy and not clear. Window AC.No tables or chairs. It did have an iron, small fridge and microwave. Bathroom is super tiny. The sink is in the room. Noisy hotel. Very bright even with the curtains because it is next to a garage. Very old school. They literally give you a key. This hotel should only be booked if there is LITERALLY no more rooms available in the city. Almost hostel like. The front desk lady was nice tho.

location ok very old , noisy and creepy
-
Okay, for the location and money. The bathroom could be bigger.

Staff was nice. Walking distance to Biscayne Bay Door didn't fully lock-the deadbolt wouldn't lock. There is no place to sit in the room, the only chair was wobbly metal that looked like it was going to collapse. The sink and mirror have no electrical plugs anywhere near it, so if you want to look in a mirror while you dry your hair, you are out of luck. The room was very dark

The location They need to update and clean it better
-
From the time you enter the bedroom areas it felt and smelt like we were just breathing dust. The building needs an industrial cleaning and renovations.
-
The young lady working the first desk was very helpful and definitely is a great resource Definitely needs some upgrades

Rooms are to small for two beds
-
Location very excellent; very close to the Port of Miami. Close to everything. Nice, quiet, ideal. The bathroom/shower was very tiny.
-
Location No hot water and staff didn't didn't care. Found a hair in the mini fridge. The floor in my room turned my feet black when I walked bare footed.
-
Location is good. Easy walk to Bayside. The staff was all really great and friendly. The hotel itself is pretty dumpy. There was water dripping from several locations in the ceiling into buckets on the front desk. Literally, buckets ON the desk. The room had a window AC unit, which functioned thank goodness, but was stifling hot when we got to the room. Construction was taking place right outside our window. The hotel is old and rundown, in desperate need of updates.

location was great!!

Convenient for folks who have business downtown. Overnight parking available behind the Gesu Church. $25/night.
-
really old. loud construction. messed up reservation from 2 rooms and only saved one of our rooms when we arrived at midnight after late airport arrival.
-
Room big enough for a couple of nights for one person. Comfortable bed. The location is alright, but getting there can be a bit scary - there are a lot of homeless people around, and overall, walking around the hotel felt unsafe during the evenings. The lift had such a bad smell, it was not nice to use it at all. My room faced a garage which had lights on during the night, the curtains in the room were not very good, so I recommend taking a sleeping mask. Also, the area was quite noisy and the windows did not absorb any noise. Really bad and old AC in the room.

Saw roaches in the room
