Super clean and cool room with everything controlled by tablet, plus amazing view to the Kaseya Center

Staff was very helpful, hotel was overall very clean! Bed was a little hard and there was a handprint on the headboard but other than that no complaints! So convenient if you're going to a game or concert at Kaseya across the street. Love the tablet features for the room. For one nights stay was just right.

Too expensive for the tiny room. Breakfast was $25 per person! No thank you.

Great spot if you have a cruise !!

The reception was so friendly and helpful. We arrived early and they helped us drop our bags in their baggage room so we could explore the city. Check in and Check out were so easy and simple. Our room was wonderful, so clean and modern with remarkable blackout shades. The rooftop pool and bar were wonderful as well. I can’t say enough nice things, it was in walking distance to our concert venue and so many restaurants and shops. Love love love.

En terminos generales esta bien, solo necesita mejorar un poco la limpieza, habia bastante polvo en las lamparas del cuarto y corntina. El aire apenas se siente, debe controlarse con la tableta pero realmente no funciona estuvo loading TODA la noche. El servicio al cliente es escaso, por no decir ninguno. Las toallas estaban percudidas y rotas. Para una noche resuelve.

Clean room

great place to stay! walkable to many restaurants/bars. Night time was a bit sketchy by the main doors, but there was security posted. My husband was patted down to go into the bowling ally/restaurant next door for a late dinner. The area is best for adults. Public parking was across the street and a very quick ride to the cruise port. MICRO rooms- perfect for quick trips with very minimal luggage.

Great place to stay!

This place is a must stay.

The property was perfect for a drop in and drop out for something such as a cruise. Bar food was okay. Super close to many dinning options.

I’ve stayed here before and the price has been right. Ten minutes walk to Brightline and metro train and a short walk to Biscayne Blvd. Cruise ship passengers will love the close proximity to the terminal. Clean and neat modern property but too many fancy and confusing ways of turning on lights, closing shades, etc. Even check was confusing. During one of my stays the mini fridge didn’t work and during this stay the shower made a very loud noise when water flowed. I long for the days when things were simpler. All in all, if the price is right for you, I’d book this place.

Clean room and modern layout.

I will be staying at a Citizen M again in the future. My husband and I loved this hotel for our recent Miami trip. Easy access and easy check in. The room was super comfortable, with just enough room. And the tablet controls for the lighting, windows, and TV was so cool. For such a busy area, we were never bothered by noise either. Total A-Plus experience!!
