Yes the room sre small but it really doesn’t matter because everything else is great . The room are clean , the employees are really friendly. Fast check in and check out . The bar/restaurant is kinda expensive. But the hotel os really well located 10 min away form our virgin cruise

1) Asked for more towels and received none 2) Leak in the ceiling near sink in main room 3) Asked for more toilet paper. Noone brought any so we had to use kleenex. Usually, at least at hotels that I have stayed in, I have never until last week at CitizenM experienced the 3 items above (especially for amenities). Kiersten

Checking in was great, with 2pm check in time 2 hours earlier than most. Property is clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Rooftop and pool had amazing views and a bar near by. Location was 10-20 minutes to everywhere we needed to go and if you don’t drive there is a metro right outside and also the Freebee app that offers rides for free similar to uber. There is street parking near by but you will have to pay about $3.35 an hour. I would recommend using the SpotHero app and finding a garage that gives u a better deal. Most parking garages were a 5 - 10 minute walk from the hotel.

You self check in. Rooms are like capsules just know what you are booking. Easy to get to from the airport and the cruise port

Parking not included was a disadvantage. You should offer carts for luggage for those who may have extra luggage to care, especially when parking isn’t on the premises. I did appreciate the complimentary birthday breakfast and loved all the special features in the room using the tablet.

The staff was great and overall the hotel was clean and convenient. Room was just what was needed for a one night stay.

I had a good stay. Room was only a litter bit too small but clean. Very Good breakfast.

The hotel was nice only thing I didn’t like was that there was no manual way to turn on the ac, I tried for two days and three nights to get the ac to work on the tablet and it wouldn’t budge it just kept saying loading. I would also appreciate if the hotel would add an iron in every room when there is space for one except for having only one in the hotel which is the iron room that was quite dark.

My stay at citizenM was disappointing. Check-in took an extra 10 minutes because my Expedia reservation wasn’t in their system. The room was initially cool and had a nice view, but when I returned that evening, the AC wasn’t working. The front desk provided a desktop fan, but the AC never came back on. The room became so hot that I had to check out before midnight.

We had a great time. We will be back

We would stay again! Great location if you arw going to see a show at the arena and really cool hotel! Really confy beds too!

I got allocated a semi accessible room, so had a large bed with space all round. I wouldnt recommend for a wheelchair user that can not transfer to a bench as the shower stall is too small for a rolling shower chair. Shower has height adjustable hand held but hose isnt long enough. Controls arent hand function friendly either. But the shower is ok for abled bodied person. The tablet for controlling the room is generally ok, but the TV is impossible to use. If you havent got chromecast on ur phone you cant cast anything on ur phone without a degree in IT systems. The lack of hot drinks in the room is a pain -I- A. Pizza is good at the cafe. Downstairs area is good. Walking distance of Bayside Market. Good location for cruise terminal. Room tablet, TV couldnt get local news.
