My wife and I especially liked the décor of the hotel. The Rome was next to none. I've never experienced a room with so much automation. Including the lighting, the view was very good. Food was good atmosphere was great I did not like the parking. I wish parking was connected to the building and came with the purchase of the room or at least a voucher for that specific location

The staff was very nice Is the security guy that looks at you funny because you don't give him the representation of others that enter the building and I had to tell him don't judge me due to the fact I was on a scooter with my children

The environment was good. But they did not clean the room every day and did not provide the water bottles. You have to ask for water but other hotels in other states provided water bottles every day and also they should provide coffee machine and coffee stuffs. So we can makes coffee in the room.

Everything was user friendly, room was compact but great.

The location was perfect. We were walking distance to Bayside Marketplace for shopping and food. The cruise port was only a 6 minute drive. The lobby was gorgeous and the breakfast was absolutely delightful with lots of choices. Our room air conditioning wasn't working. However since it was only one night we weren't super upset. The hotel was very accommodating in giving us the opting of another room or some perks. We opted for a fan for the night and we ere given free breakfast as well as late check out. Both of which were greatly appreciated.

It was perfect, exceeded all our expectations, staff was really nice and helpful. Thank you for everything! : ) It wasn’t a problem but if the pool was available at sunrise and after sunset it would be a good vibe.

Great if you are a couple or a solo traveler. Rooms are minimal but nice. Definitely not a family hotel
