The room was too small. Two bed in the room but no space at all.

The staff were very kind and attentive! The room was clean! And the valet staff are amazing. I would recommend using this hotel if you need to go to kasaya center 🎶 for concert.

The hotel itself was beautiful, modern, and very clean. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed to relax. We also enjoyed the food, which was fresh and delicious, and the drinks were just as impressive. The valet parking was convenient and efficient, making check-in and check-out stress-free. We also ordered room service, and everything arrived promptly and exceeded our expectations. Overall, this stay was everything we hoped it would be and more. It was the perfect place to make special memories with my son, and we truly appreciated the excellent hospitality. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, beautiful property with outstanding service, and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

Only stayed for 1 night but I have no complaints. The staff was night and the breakfast buffet had a good selection.

Great service overall, I really appreciate staff allowing me and my partner to check in early due to us having early flight. The room and property were very clean, and staff was also very professional. We will definitely return to stay again.

Very nice staff, clean room
-
The location is convenient and the building/room clean. Parking was on the more expensive side. Their elevator system also takes some getting used to and further instructions would have been helpful.

Staff was amazing hotel beautiful will come back to Hilton again
-
The elevator process, getting in and out the hotel is overwhelming. Otherwise, it is a nice hotel.

Located near Port, easy to call Uber/lyft

We loved our stay here. It was in a central location for us to walk around or take an Uber. The facilities were nice and clean. The staff was nice and friendly. And we really enjoyed access to the on-site restaurant.

Mr Hilton, our start of our 50th anniversary before the RC cruise was at your hotel. This is the first time my wife and I have paid so much for a room, $343.00. Mr Hilton, it didn't include breakfast and I even had to physically pull the coffee pot out from another drawer. I shouldn't have done it anyway. Mr Hilton, this coffee pot couldn't have cost you more than 10 dollars. We threw the coffee away. Mr Hilton, I'm sending you a picture of the dirtiest sofa I've ever seen in a hotel room. Another picture is one of the broken curtain rod. Mr. Hilton, I believe whoever rates hotels should take another look at this one. I would be stretching it if I gave it a 3 star rating. Mr Hilton, if I lived in CA, I would vote for you as I believe in your positions. But after this stay at your hotel, I may have to change my mind.

I’m sure other rooms are good but ours was on the first floor and all we saw out our window was the roof of the floor below. We tried to eat dinner at lobby restaurant but for some reason it was closed even though it was supposed to be open until 10. We ended up going to the Publix down the street to get dinner. We only stayed 1 night before our cruise so it made do for the one night but I would have wanted a different room with better view if I were staying more than one night.
