Great value! The pool needs a little maintenance, however, it’s clean and has a great breeze on the rooftop.

Everything was wonderful

Location was great for us, close to the cruise port. We requested more towels and did not receive them. Our room was a double queen bed with a pull out bed and could sleep up to six and 2 lg bath towels was not enough for 4 adults. Disappointed the pool didn't stay open later.

Electricity was out I didn't get no breakfast I had a walk from the 12th floor with my suitcase all the way down to the lobby and I had trouble to find the lobby in the staircase I end up in the laundry room it would have been nice for the front desk to call the guests and notify the guest that they are having some electrical issue so the elevators would not be working and the water would not be working and I was very disappointed I work in hospitality they could have done better. For a beautiful hotel they could have done way better

Room was basic. People were smoking weed outside the dining area but within the hotel, which was difficult to bear. Bath tub was full of marks. Overall very commercial hotel.
