Great staff

Very clean property and modern design. Nice cafe and bar. Smells great! Wish they had more corner rooms. There need to be tables in the rooms and a luggage rack. No real closet, just a small place to hang clothes.

Pretty clean nice rooms brand new bar closes early

1st time visiting Miami.Arlo staff were amazing, we came with our daughter who is in a wheelchair and they were all so helpful, especially the valet parking guys. Room looked great however the bathroom had long visible hair strands in the shower, and the balcony had bird poop on railings. While the hotel has great art all throughout the premises its 3rd floor hall area where the gallery,2nd bar and garden is located is like a maze of closed doors to try and get to the right area. I loved the pool area, only thing is that on our 1st night around 5/6pm on a Wednesday,we couldn't find any towels so myself and other guests went back to our rooms to get towels. Then after I wasted time going back to the room I notice someone open a wooden chest and pull out towels. I think if your not going to have someone at the post helping guest then at least put proper signage. Pool was clean, plants where gorgeous, well at least the ones that got watered looked great. Lastly the bar was closed on the rooftop and the 3rd floor garden, on both days but for those who really need a drink your fridge will be packed with samples of beer and topself liquor( with no pricetag, no a mention if its complimentary). Breakfast room service, almost 70$ for 2 bagels with cream cheese and 2 cortaditas(Cuban coffee) which was insane.Went down to the lobby Cafe paid 31$ for the same thing, still expensive especially for the size of the bagel. I say just plan ahead and eat out then all will be OK.

Liked it all

Clean room and friendly staff. Extremely loud during the night, great if you are going to party, not a good option for relaxing or traveling with family.
-
Excellent stay! Very clean staff was very friendly. Access to bar, restaurant, mini bar, coffee shop. Excellent location
-
Great place overall. Great location. Would stay again.
-
The room was quite cramped.
-
I don’t like propertyfees. It’s feels like a dishonest charge added to the room rate.
-
I expected more when it comes to paying this much for a hotel. Between the $40 a night urban fee and $62 a night Valet for a teeny tiny room, no thanks. Definitely much better hotels from Doral and Brickell.

Entire experience was great
-
Amazing place and great location to anything down town.
-
Hotel was great. Nice room and fun atmosphere. Only issuers were AC system controlled by front desk and pool is heated which is entirely useless in miami summers.
-
We loved our stay here during the World Cup. The area was very lively and the rooftop pool was nice. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. There are so many restaurants and shops nearby making it the perfect location.
-
I used the gym twice, and both times the water cooler was empty, and there were no sterilizing wipes for the equipment.
-
Nice kept facility, aesthetically pleasing, walkable neighborhood.

Parking is a major challenge in this area. There is a destination fee charge along with a necessary valet parking charge. Hotel was very conveniently located and staff was accommodating. Just be prepared for small rooms as well as typical downtown big city charges for nearly everything. Would definitely still recommend. This is a very busy area with a lot to do including nightlife and a very busy day life! Rooms were very clean. Security was excellent.
