The location was fantastic! The room was modern, and the rooftop pool was amazing! They offer a free alcoholic drink or a bottle of water, in addition to a bar. The establishment was clean and smelled wonderful. Finding the entrance was slightly difficult; it was unclear about the pool hours, and it was unclear if breakfast was included, as the front desk stated it was à la carte. The pool does close rather early at 8 pm.

Valet parking was also super convenient. It was $40 per night, and being able to take the car in and out made things really easy. One of my favorite things about Moxy hotels is the check-in experience. Instead of a traditional front desk, you take the elevator upstairs and check in right at the bar, where you also get a complimentary drink. Anthony helped us during check-in and he was phenomenal! He was incredibly sweet, welcoming, and such a great conversationalist. We had a lot in common,he’s also half Colombian, and he told me he wants to visit the Moxy in Amsterdam. I had actually stayed there before, so we ended up talking about my experience there and really connected. He made us a great drink, explained what was in it, and genuinely made the check-in experience memorable. The room was perfect for one or two people. Everything was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and I loved the big window where you could sit and look out at Miami. The whole hotel felt fun, relaxed, modern, and full of personality. I would definitely stay here again!

Disappointing

The bathroom wasn't fully cleaned: the walls and mirror had dried toothpaste splatter from a previous guest. The bigger issue was noise. The restaurant on the floor above us turns into a nightclub after 10pm and runs until 1 or 2am. Our whole room vibrated. We brought a sound machine and it didn't make a dent. If you're a light sleeper, ask for a room well away from that floor. There's also a disconnect between valet and the hotel. We valeted at the start of our stay and specified a Sunday morning checkout. At 10:45pm Saturday I got a text saying my car was ready and I'd be charged if I didn't pick it up within 30 minutes. We were already in bed. The front desk had no phone number or way to check with valet without physically running down, and they were clearly slammed, the woman who helped me was lovely and called back after going to ask, but valet wasn't sure either, so we ended up getting dressed and going downstairs at 11pm to sort it out. Everyone we dealt with was genuinely kind. The systems just aren't talking to each other. Would consider staying again if the noise situation were addressed.

Staff was very helpful. Only issue was the sliding shower doors. Could not keep both doors closed during showering unless you used a wash cloth to keep the door from rolling open.

I absolutely loved my stay! The staff was amazing, especially Anthony he was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. The stash closet literally was everything!!!! And we took some really cute pictures because the design of everything was so cute and aesthetically pleasing. The location was perfect, with everything within walking distance, which made the experience even better. Honestly, there wasn’t anything I didn’t like about my stay. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I had an amazing experience from beginning to end.
