Moxy Miami Wynwood

The hotel was amazing, the staff was friendly and courteous. But there is no parking on sit for the hotel. You have to pay a valet service. It was 70.00 for two days and not reflected on the hotel website or as a consideration for cost

Location and front desk staff Since arrived told them the cristal shower curtain fud not closed and opened. Give apologize, but unable to fix.

Hotel is clean, nice pool area and staff was very friendly. Its very noisy at night. Hard to get rest or sleep.

We reserved 2 rooms for 5 family members each room, done weeks before ours travels. We communicated with the hotel and were assured the rooms will accommodate our families. When we arrived at 5pm the day of, the hotel did not have the rooms we reserved, only one room with two beds. The hotel did not try to help us fix the issue and sent us looking for another hotel that same evening. Needless to say it was a terrible experience.

Bad

The rooftop pool deck was lovely, I had the place to myself and it was very relaxing. The staff was very helpful as well. In terms of location, very walkable to all the high spots in the Wynwood neighborhood as you're in the heart of it. I think a bit more warning about how loud the restaurant is up on their 7th floor. I was on the 6th floor, right underneath and it sounded like a nightclub every night. If you're looking for a quiet hotel, this is not it - all the surrounding activity in the neighborhood is very loud and everything is open late.

Superb

amazing lobby bar lounge area with games to keep you entertained. The pool is pretty amazing too The room was a bit small, but has everything you need, set up in a very clever way.

It’ was vibrant and stepping off the elevator the lobby smelled so refreshing. We also like the activities station around the lobby. The outside deck and the pool on the eighth floor was stunning. We didn’t have any complaints about the property.

Really cool location ... my first Moxy stay and was really enjoyable. Wynwood location is great, very walkable to numerous restaurants and shops .

Loved the rooftop pool (warm!), the location in the heart of Wynwood. Parking. Not easy to find parking on the street, however, they hotel had valet parking as an option for an additional cost.
