What made the situation worse was the lack of communication from the front desk. Once the error was identified, my calls went unanswered, were placed on extended holds, or appeared to be screened while I was simply trying to get the issue resolved. I ultimately had to contact corporate for assistance, and even they reported having difficulty getting a response from the property. After spending several hours on the phone with corporate, the issue was finally addressed, although it still took approximately five days for the refund to be credited back to me. It was an unnecessarily stressful experience that significantly impacted what otherwise would have been a very positive stay.

Llegué hacia la 1 pm y la habitación estaba desaseada. La cama tenía las mismas sabanas del huésped anterior. Llamé al front desk y la encargada dijo que enviaría alguien de house keeping. Salí de la habitación, regresé a las 7 pm y la habitación seguía igual. Fui personalmente a la recepción y hablé con el Manager quien envió rápidamente una persona que hizo aseo integral, ofreció disculpas y me abonaron unos puntos Marriott como compensación. Soy usuario regular de ese hotel y es la primera vez que sucede algo así. Pero en general creo que están teniendo problemas con el aseo, no solo en las habitaciones. Algunos pasillos huelen mal. Creo que fue mi última estadía allí.
