AC Hotel Miami Wynwood

Rooms were decently clean, however there was very strong smells in the hallway and in the rooms. One of our rooms had a toilet that didn’t work, and the other didn’t have the AC unit working and the room was incredibly hot. We did eventually get moved to a new room but it was an inconvenient venture when we were in town for an event and on a time budget. Staff was responsive and sent maintenance but it didn’t get fixed and we had to be moved.

Clean room and helpful and kind staff. Great location!

To noisy and smell weed

Everyone was fabulous at the hotel! Front desk Alex was the best! Our room was as great! Maddie at the red took great care of us everyday! No issues and will definitely stay again!

Parking deck is tiny so beware if you drive a large vehicle, it will not be easy to maneuver. Only one of two elevators worked over the three days of the stay, we never even saw anyone working to fix it, this was VERY inconvenient (I almost missed my Uber waiting on the one elevator which filled up quickly). Also, the room smelled strongly of marijuana the whole trip which gave me a headache, it was coming through the air vent everyday. I was hoping for a relaxing stay for my birthday and was SO very disappointed.

They need to fix their second elevator!!! Especially since there are only two at property

I liked the cleanliness and the staff was very helpful Parking was not included in the cost of the stay. It was an extra $50 that was never disclosed to me. I only found the charge on my bill after the fact. Also only one elevator was working and the wait for it was a little ridiculous. You had 12 ppl crammed into one elevator.

Staff was the bright star. Very helpful with all requests and always friendly. We borrowed hotel bikes and had a great tour of the city. Pool was nice and refreshing. Room was clean though some deferred maintenance (room door was quite sticky to open and close and slammed when it finally closed, pool towels were pretty thin, bikes had several with locks that couldn't be opened). Nothing crucial, all annoying. Air conditioning a huge plus as weather was brutal. Overall would stay again. Liked proximity to the design district. Easy to jump on the bus. Decent value.

Property was at a good location restaurant and shops within walking distance. Modern amenities clean property, comfortable beds. Staff was very helpful and pleasant. Will stay again.
