This is a fantastic property and I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Breakfast could be better in t hat it needed wider choices. Was good and can be better. AC is fantastic, works very good. The hot and cold water needed to be better labeled for guest safety in the shower.

Shower curtain was not the one for the bathroom in question. There was little privacy issues. Thr Only window in the room 418 that we stayed curtain wasn't closing. All in all we made the best of it since it was just for one more night.

Very clean hotel and staff was absolutely amazing. I left my Apple Watch behind and notified the hotel. They responded immediately and informed me that is was turned in by cleaning staff and would mail it to me. Nothing to not like

Room and breakfast My room was given away when I arrived abd they couldnt figure out what happen but told me someone checked in for me when noone was able to do that. they had to find me a last minute room so thank god someoen didnt show up. I traveled with my 2 kids abd I booked for 2 twin beds and they end up having to give me a 1 bed room. Basically I would never book again. mind you I booked months in advance and paid months ahead.

Very good

The room was nice, clean and spacious. The hotel has a parking garage for $40/day with in & out privileges which was nice. The pool was great too and actually no one was there so we had it to ourselves for over an hour. It is conveniently located near design district and wynwood.

The location was very good, and the room was clean and spacious enough. We were also able to get our room earlier, so a big thank you to the team for that. We requested a late check-out, and it was kindly granted. We really appreciated that. However, there seemed to be some confusion with the housekeeping team. Shortly after we had arrived, someone knocked on our door and asked if we were going out. Some time later, there was another knock. We did not answer immediately because we were resting, but then the door was opened and a cleaning staff member tried to come into the room again. We eventually asked at the reception if we had been properly checked in, and they confirmed that everything was in order. We also informed the front desk staff about this incident during our stay. Other than that, everything went well. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful. The breakfast selection could have been more varied, as there was not much to choose from. Everything else was clean, although the window sills in the restaurant could have been cleaner.

Great place to stay with a convenient location. The accommodation has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, and the breakfast is an added bonus. This is my second time staying here and would definitely stay again.

Great experience

Air conditioning was really good, you can easily change the temperature using the thermostat in the room. Theres a mini fridge and the cleaning crew brings fresh towels and changes your sheets.
