The location is good, close to airport, miami beach, little havana, downtown. The room was nice but could have been a bit cleaner. The breakfast was good. We stayed 3 nights and we never had a housekeeper coming to take our trash or dirty towels.

Bathroom needed some TLC. HVAC a bit noisy. Otherwise it was good for one night pre-cruise stay.

The laundry and pool were under construction when I visited. The hotel made arrangements with the neighboring hotel for guest to use their laundromat and pool.

Me and my partner were taking a trip to the Bahamas and spent one night in Miami the same night checking in the hotel, staff was very alert and quick. I had asked about carnival cruise shuttles and she was very responsive for letting me know the per person charge and what times they had available. The next morning breakfast was good. The guy operating the shuttle transportation called us twice to remind us of our time. Once within an hour before our time, and the next within 15 minutes of our time. The shuttle left at the time They said they were and it was quick and easy transport.

Nice place but had to find housekeeping to get toilet paper after waiting over hour to bring to room. Clean but stale odor to room, pillows were very flat.

The stay was amazing. The staff was nice, the place was clean, breakfast was included, and free parking can't ask for anything more.
