Close to everything, shopping, restaurants, highway . clean rooms nice area
-
Nice hotel, easy access from major roads, clean rooms.

This hotel, located in the heart of Miami, was a pleasant experience overall. However, I was disappointed by the lack of free parking for customers. Instead, they charge $40 per day, which is quite expensive. The parking situation was a major downside to my stay.

Staff was helpful and they accommodated our request for early check in and shuttle from the hotel to the cruise port.

I haven’t to be in town earlier than expected called a couple hours before check-in and they were super nice and allowed me to check in a little earlier with no fees. Very comfortable great gym great rates.

Breakfast was decent. Front desk staff was great. Rooms are a bit dated but clean. They will hold your luggage until the room is ready if you want explore. Close to public transportation and Uber/Lyft to cruise terminal is under $20. Central location within walking distance to Walgreens, bank, food places, public transportation. Not right next to everything, but close by. Great affordable stay for the family.

The hotel was full. When we got into our room around 5 p.m. there was a bad smell. It progressively got worse and smell like urine. Didnt sleep at all that night as the smell became sickening! I told the front desk but nothing was done. They had one person all day long in the front desk and bless him, he could only do so much! Housekeeping, room issues, questions, check in/check out this man had it all. It was sad and frustrating for him certainly but the guests also! We will not go back. Still searching for a good hotel in Miami and apparently you have to spend 500 a night to even get decent. We cruise 5 times a year and most out of Miami unfortunately

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff seemed polite and professional but the communication between the desk and housekeeping seemed to have a disconnect. There were two beds with four pillows each but there were no pillow cases. Asked front desk for pillow cases and housekeeping brought us two pillow cases. When I asked the housekeeper if we could have two more he said we had to contact the front desk again so we did. Then housekeeping brought us four new pillows. Not a huge deal, just a little weird. Shower water pressure was weak. Waffles were clearly the most popular breakfast item but there were only two waffle makers so it took about a 15-20 minute wait to get waffles. This property is not terrible but not worth nearly $200 per night. More like a $80-$100 per night in my opinion.

Everything was good about my stay
-
Rooms very clean and the bed nice size
-
It was okay. We had something negative happen(likely just a one off thing) but the made it right.
-
Had to change rooms because it wasn’t cleaned. There was hair everywhere. Our new room had mold on the ceilings and the water overflowed in the shower. It was not clean
-
The parking garage fee was ridiculously high for per day.

We booked for 5 person with use of sofa bed. I had to ask for sheets to make up sofa bed I was told they had nobody so I had to do it myself once sheets delivered to room. 1 sheet was a ball of wrinkles and not clean. Staff not very helpful. I would not go back or recommend this hotel
