Everything was amazing! Thank you for a perfect stay!

We loved the space and workspaces that came as part of the members club. The room was stunning and well kept. Only slight con was the staff was not always on the same page and when we arrived at 5am we were told that our only option was to wait until 4pm to be brought to the room. Later, asking a different front desk employee we were told the room had been ready and could be taken up. Not sure why we had to wait in the lobby for as long as we did. Other then that, the staff was amazing and we had a great stay!

Location was fabulous, beautiful neighborhood, the art work and theming of the hotel - Art Deco with a touch of whimsy. The art is very cool, but the hotel itself is a work of art in its own right. We stayed in a room called “the secret” which had the nicest hotel bathroom we have ever seen including a soaking tub and Japanese toilet. We picked this hotel for cleanliness and it did not disappoint! Forget all of this though, the staff here are incredible and full of joy. All smiles, beyond helpful, extra little touches like a welcome letter, turn down service etc. There is a Michelin star restaurant on property but my husband and I had ordered room service and that food was phenomenal! There is also a private club that if you are staying you are able to use and an entire floor dedicated to work spaces if you need it! No need to look anywhere else in Miami again - this place is the bees knees! There is absolutely nothing we didn’t like about the property!

Amazing design, great location. Needs more water included in the price of the room because it is extremely hot in Miami.

Good service Beautiful property It was ace in all ways

This property was perfect for our shopping trip. The staff were extremely nice and helpful. The food was top notch. The room and other areas of the property were comfortable and clean. Will definitely stay at The Moore again!

The valet area is a little inconvenient. Concierge service provider was outstanding, especially Marina. We are already planning to come back in the coming months. The area of the design district couldn’t be any better. The food was Michelin star status and above. I rate The Moore at 5⭐️

Very clean and beautiful hotel right in the middle of everything! Art and fashion everywhere! This building is more of a gathering destination than a hotel, they only have 15 hotel rooms. Everything else is restaurant and office and party areas. They had large loud fashionable events every night that we stayed there that lasted quite long into the night. It’s a very loud and lively building and walking out of your room in jeans and a T-shirt makes you feel severely underdressed. The staff is very accommodating and helpful. Parking is not very convenient, you have to park in the parking garage that is part of the surrounding shopping areas, a couple times they were full and we had to drive around and ended up getting street valet not connected to the hotel that was only good for a couple hours.

Amazing experience at the Moore , Miami design district. Great, friendly, helpful staff. Dreamy beds. The attention to detail with the chocolates at bedside everyday was such a great treat. The hotel is within walking distance from many high end and contemporary stores as well as restaurants and museums. Didn’t use parking because I traveled out of town and took uber from airport but there are really nice parking garages every other street it seems. Great hotel for solo women travelers or girlfriends trips. I was in town for Dolce and Gabanna exhibit at ICA and it was like 5 minutes away from hotel. Extremely perfect location. I will surely be back with more girlfriends looking for a great , safe place to stay . Great restaurants on the premises as well. Take advantage of happy hour bites and drinks, very good. Great lady restaurant attendants that take your picture without looking annoyed :) they took some of my girlfriend and I best traveling picture. Keep up the good work everyone. The hotel is exceptional. Located in the heart of the Miami Design District, it is within walking distance of major international fashion houses and an impressive selection of top-tier restaurants, including two Michelin-starred venues such as COTE Miami and L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Miami, along with numerous bars, cafés, and dining options. The property itself offers a well-rounded experience, featuring a very enjoyable rooftop bar, an Italian restaurant on the ground floor (which we did not try on this visit), and several amenities including a club and a cigar lounge. Our room was spotless, the bathroom was outstanding, and the minibar was particularly well curated. The staff were attentive, professional, and consistently welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, a very strong experience.

Everything was great

On arrival, the staff were welcoming, attentive and incredibly helpful. A particular highlight was their assistance in preparing our clothes for the New Year’s Eve party that evening, which removed any last-minute stress and allowed us to fully enjoy the occasion. This level of care and attention to detail really distinguishes The Moore from many other hotels. Our room was large, beautifully appointed and exceptionally comfortable, providing a calm and luxurious retreat. Beyond the room, the hotel’s public spaces are truly fabulous — expansive, atmospheric and filled with striking works of art that make simply walking through the building a pleasure in itself. The Moore feels as much like a curated cultural space as it does a hotel. Overall, The Moore Hotel Miami delivers a refined yet personal experience, combining outstanding service, generous accommodation and inspiring surroundings. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone seeking something special in Miami.

Is a good plac, but very noise

The rooms are gorgeous and lux. However, it took about 15 min to get warm water. It was also extremely loud on one of the nights there which lasted until 3 AM.

The building and rooms are wonderful, and the front desk staff (especially Reese) go above and beyond to help and accommodate.
