Up Midtown

When we arrive they told us they they cancel our stay, because they could charge our car earlier in the day, i was confused because i use pay at property. Then tell me she have an room with no ac for the same price. Am telling her no someone else walk in and she checks them in. Never again!

It was clean

This motel is not at all like the pictures. Not even close. We walked into our room to the very strong smell of cleaning products. The pictures of updated rooms, not sure where those were. The room itself wasn’t clean, there was some kind of liquid sprayed on the wall, not sure what it was. We left our stuff in the room because we had tickets to the Marlins game. We left the game early after we booked a different hotel because we just couldn’t stay the night at this motel. I didn’t feel safe and I know I wouldn’t be able to sleep with chemicals in that room. We got our stuff out as quickly as possible and left. The only refund I was told I would get was the $100 security deposit.

They have to put more pictures of the motel so we can know where are we gonna be staying

Neither of the locks worked so I had to push a chest of drawers in front of the door. it’s a week later and still have not received my deposit back.

Clean room, kind staff, good for the price. Cute outdoor area is a plus.

If you don’t want your doors to lock and not get your deposit back from them. Do not go here it’s not painted out what it’s supposed to be. No a/c

Small hotel but clean with nice staff

Nice and quiet No breakfast no pool

It was close to port. The pictures on the websites were very misleading. When I was given my key and attempted to go in the room there was already a person in the room. So I was given another room and a few hours later the same thing happened to myself. Someone was given a key to my room and tried to come in but luckily there was a secondary lock on the door so they weren't able to get all the way in.

The room was clean , and everything was pretty close ( you can walk ) also the A/C worked perfectly fine !!

Told the morning crew who apologized but no extended explanation or response for my complaint.

Clean comfy room but our AC did not work. Our neighbor also smoked cigarettes right outside our room.

Only positive this was that it was close to the cruise port. The room smelled like a dirty bathroom. The lady at the front desk didn’t speak English so someone else had to help. The person that helped came to smell the room and gave us another room. There was a dead smashed spider on the curtains. The rooms itself in the hotels is out dated everything is old and dirty. There was water dripping from our ceiling assuming from the humidity and air. Outside had a lot of trash in area with crazy ppl outside.

No amenities, water was very minimal and the air almost none. I was very unhappy
