Le personnel est assez incompétent, nous avons du redescendre à la réception 3 fois avant d’avoir le bon numéro de chambre. Ils nous ont même fait rentrer dans une chambre déjà attribuée! Ils restent derrière le comptoir sans denier nous adresser la parole quand on a des questions. Les femmes de ménage passent de manière approximative, la chambre a été faite 2 fois sur un séjour de 5 nuis et nous avons dû insister pour qu’elle passe la deuxième fois! C’est vraiment dommage car l’hôtel est bien situé et la piscine est somme toute agréable

This place exceeded my expectations. Lots of food options close by. The room, bathroom and living room area was very spacious and clean. I highly recommend staying here. No complaints.

The hotel is nice! Clean and well positioned. I would have given it 5 star if not for my experience on check in. We arrived having travelled from UK at around 10pm. The lady on the desk initially ignored me as she was too busy on her phone when we arrived. When I asked to check in she asked for my ID - no welcome, no niceties, no smile, just wanted me to be done asap! I took my very tired children up to the room only to find the sofa bed was not made up (despite my booking for 4 of us). I went back down to reception - she was gone! I waited around 5 minutes for her to return and when I told her my issue she was simply dismissive and told me I had to make it up myself and there was linen in the wardrobe. In all my years of travel I have never had to make up my own bed for my children! We had to move an extremely heavy table to get the sofa bed out. I then found there was no linen in the cupboard. On my 3rd visit to reception I was again met with a dismissive not bothered attitude and then had to follow her around the hotel to get linen. I then had to make the bed myself. This was such an unpleasant start to my holiday I would never stay again. Some interesting characters hanging around in the lobby at various times day and night - seems to be a place to stay for longer visits with a younger clientele.

Extremely bad neighborhood. Do not recomend this hotel at all .

Great place to stay

Alex was the best, with a smooth check-in, in a perfect location, and suite-style rooms with a full kitchen, oven, stove, and more. Definitely coming back!

This hotel was just okay I would rather stay at a major chain hotel. First, during check in they want the security deposit and resort fees they dont take the resort fees from the deposit which is fine but caught me off guard. But once checked in as 2 young woman who are by themselves the front desk said my room number out load with other people present in the lobby. I have never had that happen as that is a safety hazard. The room was nice, and clean, furnished and a fully functioning kitchen. I called the front desk because the microwave was different from anything ive seen i called to ask how to work it. I was brushed off she kept saying put the food in there and start it but there were things in there i wasnt sure to take them out or keep them in. she sounded very annoyed and was not helpful. Housekeeping came to the room at like 3pm we asked her to wait 5 mins as we were leaving. we come back to towels in the chair not hanging for folded in the bathroom. nothing was cleaned or picked up. not the dirty towls which we put in a pile by the way, any of our trash was not taken out. Then we get a note under the door that says to respect your do not disturb request your room has not been serviced but we never asked for that. Overall it is just okay i feel like for the cost of this hotel they could have done WAYYY better on the service.

This was a top tier experience! We booked as an early arrival for a cruise. We were celebrating our daughter's birthday. Our flight arrived early and we were upgraded as an accommodation. This room was beautiful! The staff was attentive, professional and very timely with service. The rooftop patio is so relaxing. My girls swam for 5 hours without a care in the world. The area is being upgraded and the artwork in the area is beautiful.

We love space when traveling and this has enough it was truly an apartment . Super clean super friendly staff

The place is within walking distance to multiple restaurants and shops. We had two different rooms and both were very nice. The roof top pool is amazing. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Miami again.

The WiFi never worked for our room the two days we stayed. We had to basically beg the staff for extra towels (we have a family of 6) and for extra blankets and pillows. I thought those would have been ready to go prior to our arrival. Aesthetically it was really nice but honestly with everything including the valet … I wouldn’t stay here again.

Overall, an excellent experience. Great air-conditioning great lobby host named Alex. He did an excellent job recommending food spots that were perfect. The room was clean and very well. Taken care of. I was definitely impressed.

As far as aesthetics and location, this property is 5-star. Unfortunately, our experience fell short in several areas, which is why I’m giving it a lower rating. *Room: There was previous flood in the room we were assigned. The area rug was soaked yet the cleaning staff did not acknowledge or attempt to address the issue. Bed was not queen size. The front desk ultimately removed the resort fees because of the inconvenience. *Amenities: According to the website, the rooms should have a safe, but ours did not nor were we provided the robes that were listed as an amenity. *Unexpected security deposit: there is a $150-per-night hold, as a security deposit in case of damage. This was not disclosed on either the property's website or Expedia when we booked. *Kitchen: We were unable to use the stovetop because the cabinets were positioned so low that even a paper towel holder could not fit underneath. This was an accessible room however a wheelchair bound person could have difficulty accessing the cabinets. *Construction noise: There was active construction directly across the street that began at 7AM and rooms are not soundproof. There was also work being done in the room next to ours starting around 8AM. Fortunately, I’m an early riser, but this could be very disruptive for other guests. *Terrace: Although our room had a terrace, there was no patio furniture, making the space unusable. Overall, the property itself was well maintained and the pool was exceptional.

Love the aesthetic, great amenities, friendly staff and a lot to do in the area. Would highly recommend!

We went for my husband’s birthday and had an amazing time. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. The location is great. It’s right in the heart of Wynwood and accessible to walk the city.
