Not far from the Miami port The construction around it made it difficult to park so we had to park in valet to check in which we weren’t supposed to do

Everything was okay check in was a delayed had to wait literally until 4 the bar kinda expensive but it was cool

The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us feel special for our 5 year anniversary. They treated us with wine, cookies, and a card. Both restaurants we ate from on property were so yummy! Our room and the lobby were nice and clean. Pool area (still usable), gym, and retail shops were under construction, but it'll be very nice once complete!

Nice property with a great overall atmosphere. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the bathrooms, as they feel a bit dated. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would return.

Room was clean, the staff was friendly, and I had a great experience. Everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again.

Staff are kind and professional. The reason I rated it 4 stars is because the hotel feels old and the remodeling makes it less comfortable. Also, other guests leaving for cruises or coming from partying do make strong noises very late at night or very early in the morning

Room was clean and beautiful.

There are random stairs in the middle of the floor so if you have accessibility needs or a stroller, good luck. They knew we booked with 3 infants under 2 and still put us in rooms that required using the stairs. All bad.

The balcony has a nice view

I love the balcony and views and the beds and rooms are always comfortable and clean.

Property is under construction a/c in the rooms can’t keep up to the demand room was a bit warm even after closing all the blinds and leaving going out for dinner and coming back the hallways look outdated the rooms are not bad

To many things wrong to list to make this stay worth reserving again. Cleanliness was the major issue.
