Property under construction. Bathroom doors didn't close well. Toilet did not fill up after flushing, had to wait at least 20 minutes for next person to use. No hot breakfast, otherwise it's an in and out hotel, don't spend too much time there

The property is under going renovation and there was s no elevator available in the parking garage. I have ALS and walking down the parking garage to het to the only entrance on the first floor is not possible. They should provide free valet when parking is not accessible for disabled people. I have to come to Miami every 3 weeks for medical treatments and I usually stay here. The renovations also closed all the amenities. the staff is awesome.

Property location is run down, finding lobby is confusing and reception area is very small. Elevators between rooms and parking is a maze. Parking is expensive at $30 per day, something Expedia does not advertise. Ended up paying $110 for 3 nights parking. Was sorry I booked this hotel

I wasn't told that they were having construction on the property. The pool was closed, in the middle of summer. The exercise room was closed. I also saw a couple of rats run from the property. The room was clean and the staff was helpful.

We tried calling the hotel to notify them that I was going to check in late because of my flight landing in the evening and I could not get in contact with no one. The staff was notified of this issue when we checked in and he did not appear to care at all. The Hotel was under some extreme modifications and the rooms were dirty. The breakfast area was so small because of the renovations going on. Very dissatisfied with my stay.

When we pulled up to the hotel it looked abandoned. We had to walk around to the same door as an entry. We were not aware the hotel was under construction. There are no amenities such as no gym and the pool was closed. But after all staff was nice and the room was clean.

A big, horrible Snafu. My reservation was all screwed up ?? My reservation was for 1 week earlier and not for July 31st. The hotel staff was more than willing to accept the change, but the Expedia Support Center supposedly try to contact the hotel to no avail. To make matters worse, I was not refunded the $$ ??

It was the most horrible experience. I travelled alone and couldn’t believe where I was staying. No heads up about renovations….no pool, no restaurant, breakfast was a joke, loud, and it smelled god awful. I would have left but I prepaid. Then I was charged $100 every night! For what? I was there for 2 baseball games and never received the “complimentary” shuttle. Then, the TV didn’t work the entire time I stayed there. I wish I could get a refund. What an absolute nightmare.
-
Staff was friendly. beds were comfortable but the pillows are too soft, they gave me a pinched nerve in my neck. Hotel is currently under renovations. conveniently located close to hospital. Parking fees are outrageous.
-
The manager would not refund my money. I will never stay at this hotel or any other hotels in yjis chain in the future. I stay in hotels over two hundred days a year.
-
Great staff and well maintained property close to attractions and restaurant
-
Did not mention us they are renovating lobby so the lobby was closed. We had to uae side small door to checked in. Floor carpet is dirty, breakfast was awful. They should not mention that breakfast is included. Price is higher than even same someone purchase. Never stay this hotel again. It's embarrassing that Marriott hotel.

Staff were all very helpful breakfast was great

All of the staff wasn't very friendly at all. The rooms had an unpleasant smell and wasn't cleaned properly. Microwave was dirty, the carpet smelled horrible, and bathroom wasn't cleaned well. For the price of this hotel it should have been much better. Also, don't believe them when they say free shuttle service because they refer you to a third party place that's more expensive than Uber and Lyft. We got around fine with Uber & Lyft and was very affordable.
