All of the staff wasn't very friendly at all. The rooms had an unpleasant smell and wasn't cleaned properly. Microwave was dirty, the carpet smelled horrible, and bathroom wasn't cleaned well. For the price of this hotel it should have been much better. Also, don't believe them when they say free shuttle service because they refer you to a third party place that's more expensive than Uber and Lyft. We got around fine with Uber & Lyft and was very affordable.

Pool out of service. No bar. Renovation in progress. Property is very dated.

They were undergoing renovations to part of the property so half of the amenities that I booked for were unavailable. The gym was unavailable and that was a big one for me. Breakfast was supposed to be included in the price and because the kitchen was closed they gave us a breakfast of an apple a bagel and a danish. absolutely deplorable and inedible. worse than hotels that suffered a hurricane. On checkout day we requested towels and we called 5 times to the front desk. We explained that we wanted to leave for our flight and still no one brought us towels. It was the worse stay I’ve ever experienced at any hotel. I usually stay at the Blue Lagoon location and it’s always amazing so I thought I would try downtown because it’s closer to the passport office. It was a disaster. I would never come back here.

The hotel staff is nice, but the hotel itself is very dated. In desperate need of an upgrade for the property. The hotel is not close to anything, so consider this one booking.

The staff was phenomenal they were kind and helpful. The pool was out of service and our first room was not in the best shape however that was rectified very quickly
-
The only complaint that I had was that we booked solely based

The lobby looked and smelled so very good, until you got on the floors. We were in a group of 11 and it was not a good experience. The pool and gym were out of service for the 4 days. The rooms were dusty and the ac vent could do well with some cleaning . I had to move two time during my 4 days stay. The first night ,there was sewer stenge on the floor and in my room then last night, The smoke detector went off, without any evident of smoke. I requested a change of room for my family and I safety. Then this morning there was no breakfast was served. Instead, an apple and a cinnamon in a bay was given to the guests. No notification about the closure It will be closed for 3mths. I happy to be out of there. I would NOT recommend

The area the the service the room the the carpet have stains
-
The bill is not clean as shown in Expedia as there are some sales tax and Destination Fee not mentioned before
-
Card key machine was broken. They had to walk us to the room every time we came out. Also, card key machine on the gate to park. My car was broken other than that, everything was okay.
-
Breakfast was average bar was closed randomly instead of published time everything else was convenient ice machines don’t work half the locations
-
Terrible area. Hotel staff turned how the volume on the phone at the main desk so they intentionally didn’t have to take calls
-
I didn’t have a terrible stay. The staff was very friendly and area was kept clean. It’s just certain things I wish were explained better. They said free breakfast but yet when we got downstairs there was nothing left or available. They said they offer transportation services to the cruise terminal but didn’t mention it’s $20 and up per person. They said they didn’t offer shuttles from the airport but yet we saw a shuttle. I just felt like the communication could have been better but other than that, it was a nice stay.

I've been here 8 days while my husband was at university of Miami hospital. It was the most convenient place to stay . They have a complimentary breakfast and free shuttle service to the hospital. They have been incredibly accommodating when I've had to continue to update my stay .
