SpringHill Suites by Marriott Miami Downtown/Medical Center

The check was for 3pm and we still had to wait 45 minutes. The room was spacious and clean overall. It was worth the wait for the price

The room was clean and the breakfast was great but the front desk staff were disinterested.

Great stay overall! Only one elevator was working and was told by another guest it’s been that way for a couple of weeks. I was not offered the $24 credit towards the restaurant. I had to ask for it. That was a little disturbing.

Property was clean. But needed some upkeep.. accessibility features were missing. Bench in shower had been removed. Quite disappointing.

Upon arrival we were told we’d receive a $23 voucher to be used for drinks at their bar. We ordered 1 beer and 1 martini which we thought the $23 voucher might cover. After checkout we received a room charge for $50.80 for room service. (The only items we used were the 2 drinks) We are still in the process of trying to resolve this issue.

Clean rooms, friendly staff

The staff was great, and the room was very quiet and comfortable.

The staff was very accommodating. My flight was pushed back later in the day, and they allowed a later check-out time, which I appreciated. I will definitely be staying again.

The place is very clean good location and good staff

Understaffed. "Restaurant and bar" is a joke . . Almost no food actually available, servers ignored people constantly, billing not applied properly. "Outdoor pool" is an oversized hot tub, including temperature of the water. Shuttle services that are offered, outside of medical facilities, aren't real.

Bed was comfortable At check-in, I was given a card that said I could use it to purchase up to $23 dollars worth of food at the bar. On my receipt I was charged for the food which didn’t equal $23. What was the purpose of the card if you turn around and charge me for it

Very convenient to Miami port!

Great staff

The hotel was not very clean. Thank God we only stayed one night. The staff at night was rude and off putting. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone. The only good thing about this hotel is that it is close to the port.

Gym equipment was damaged and small. Pool was small

The exterior doesn’t look like a hotel, but once you step inside it’s great. We walked to CVS in bayside and 7-11 if you like walks. It’s about a 15-20 minute walk one way.
