Wonderful location to stay at if you’re planning to go to Legoland

The staff was courteous and attentive. Room was clean and the AC worked perfectly during the heatwave. Breakfast was ok. I would stay here again.

Didn’t get to stay I called 2 days previous to ask if our room had a bath tub . I was assured we would have one. We needed one for my girlfriend that has gastro paresis. Hot baths to help her stomach pain. Turns out no rooms have them with exception of the accessible rooms. The staff person basically said I was out of luck and made it clear he was not interested in listening to me let alone helping

We like the room and the breakfast and the coffee all day. The price was high.

The location. Its in a quiet area but still very close to restaurants etc. The soap dispenser. Was hard for my kid to use.

Air conditioner was noisy. 1st room they put me in was a connecting room, where the loudly arguing couple on other side of door was unbearable. Fortunately they changed my room to an unconecting room, even though cigarettes could easily be smelled. Maybe I should have given a review less than the "okay" rating I gave.

Breakfast was great. Parking was accommodating before checkin. Front staff was phenomenal!!! Could hear people walking around upstairs around 3 am.

The rock wall around the front entrance is beautiful. It looks like winter was tough on some of the shrubs. The only recommendation would be to trim those back to stimulate new growth. We will definitely stay here again.

Second: we had gone out the next day and returned to see our room had not been attended to; towels that we used were still on the bathroom floor, and I had made the beds. Even the garbage wasn't taken out. I was truly surprised and disappointed. I never write anything but this truly was not a good experience. I would love to return to this hotel because everything else was great.
