Accommodated an early check in for our wedding party which was wonderful

Reserved a room the sleeps 5. Upon arrival we were put in a standard room that did not have a sleeper sofa nor would they allow a rollaway sofa. All the rooms that accommodate five were booked and as a result my son was forced to sleep on the floor.

Our room did not have air conditioning which was needed in June.

The original sheets on the pull out sofa were ripped and stained. Staff were again helpful and hot new linens. We had to shuffle the sofa a bit to fit the cot in. Then I noticed trash/rubbish that had been missed during cleaning. Staff were by far the best part of the stay. And not every hotel can be shiny and new. But that room was not a fit for 4 people.

Not much. Room were large. Bathrooms were clean. First, it took 25 minutes to check in even though there were only two people ahead of me. I arrived after a 6+ hour drive at 2:35 to learn that my room was not ready. Check in time is 3:00. I needed to give them my cell number so they could reach me when the room became available. I needed to wait in my car for the call as there was no AC in the lobby. The call arrived at 3:20. Check in at 3:00?? I paid over $500 for the room, usable for 20 hours, checkout time at 11 AM. That comes to $25 / hour, but I am not able to access the room until 3:20. Upon entering the room, it is obvious that the AC is not adequate to cool the room. The room remained uncomfortably warm for the entire stay. In addition, the refrigerator in the room was not working, so any cold drinks or food items were not able to remain cold.

Very cute. Hot tub was nice. Love that it’s close to the oldest winery in America. Fun side trip.

I spoiled myself and had a room with a little balcony that overlooked very well landscaped garden/outdoor seating areas. This was definitely an escape from home restful stay!

The room was spacious and of a good standard. The breakfast was poor, only 2 choices for cold food and 2 for hot. The downstairs area is rather tired and the pool area has no changing facilities and also looks rather shabby (door lock bound up with gaffa tape!).

The room was clean but staff was not as friendly as expected for a hotel they didn’t even greet you unless you greeted them first.

The room is clean. The reception staff is nice . The breakfast is individual size. And the breakfast selection is very limited. We have 2 adults and 2 kids, they only provide us two breakfast.
