Great location

Nothing I called them to ask about my booking the day I’m due checking in and was told there was no booking under my name. So I had to book another hotel instead, yet they still charged me a cancellation fee of $326.03. They were very unhelpful and non empathic when I reached out to complain.

The room was clean. Beds comfortable.

Ok

It seemed a little oddly located at first, in an area very near a mall. It turned out to be really good. The staff was nice and welcoming. The pool was only about 4 feet deep. Perfect for kids. Great Italian restaurant nearby with lots of variety. Near a mall with a great arcade.

Excellent location, staff was great.

Nothing special at all. Breakfast was poor. Pool was okay.

The breakfast staff was incredibly outgoing and friendly. I mentioned that I needed to bring food to my grandkids, who don’t eat pork, and she kindly let me know that turkey sandwiches were available. That small gesture truly made my grandkids’ day. Everyone I encountered was wonderful—from the breakfast team to the housekeeping staff and the customer service team at check-in. Thank you all for such a warm and welcoming experience.

I purchase a studio suite, when I checked in, they gave me a regular queen room. I explain to them that this is not the room I purchased. First the worker told me that there was nothing he could do about it since it was purchased through a third party and I needed to contact Expedia. Because the room cost more than what I paid for that's why I got the room they gave me. So, I pulled up my receipt and showed him so he could see that this is what I purchase and if he was unable to accommodate, I would like to speak to his manger. He then begins to make in excuse why I couldn't speak to the mangers; mangers are not available on the weekend it may take some time. To make a long story short they switch my room no charge, but all night they kept coming to my room saying they were receiving noise complaints the first time my sister answered the door and said she was rude as she was telling the lady that it wasn't our room she was walking away as she was speaking. Yes, we did have kids in the room, but they were 10,11, and two 12-year-olds so they were not running they were laying around on their phones so the second time she came I answer the door because I was up cleaning up. I said yes. She said this is the second time I had to come here for running and jumping it too loud. So, I open the door so she could see in the room to show her that the girls were sitting down and as I was speaking to her, she walked off they were very rude in nasty. meanwhile I was hearing the same noise.

Very central to a lot of places like restaurants and stores. Also place is very clean and nice. Would def stay again

The first floor doesn’t let you enjoy the view unless you like being exposed to the parking lot. The doors slam very hard when they close on the rooms so you hear loud slams all night. And the gym was being renovated so there was some other noises during the day.

I booked two rooms for two nights I booked a month ahead of my stay. I called twice to verify my stay. I get there to find out they booked my two rooms on two different floors. When I complained about it the manger told me that it's not a guarantee to get rooms next to each other. After literally 15 minutes they were able to get me rooms next to each other and when I mention I had more kids coming because I booked for six children and only show up with two I was yelled at that there are no parties I said I am aware of that this is I booked for six children so that it would not be a party the manger just walked away after that

The room was clran and spacious. Staff was professional and welcoming

I booked it because there was a curtain divider between the bed and sofa bed. That bit of privacy is nice when traveling with teens. The breakfast was also very nice. It is nice when hotels have options for families. It was a little loud. Someone was screaming at 3am and that isn’t the hotel’s fault

They room was in great condition. Kitchen amenities were really good.

Upon arrival the staff greeted me very nicely and checked me in with ease. My room was as clean for the most part, plenty of new amenities I wish the TV had streaming service - there’s only so much on cable to watch. Also found a cherry tomato under the bed while I was looking for my charger and the microwave didn’t work
