​Rating: ⭐ / 5 ​I wouldn't recommend this place to my dog. It’s not a hotel; it’s a rundown motel acting as a long-term shelter. We demanded our money back and left immediately. ​🚨 The Absolute Worst Parts: ​The Joke of a "Breakfast": A total gimmick. It’s just a tiny coffee corner, a single Pop-Tart, and a juice box literally the size of my thumb (maybe 100 mL). That's it. Sugar and attitude. ​Hidden Fees & Bad Service: We messaged ahead about a late arrival due to weather. The front desk lady gave us pure attitude, claimed she "knew nothing," and slapped a surprise $100 charge on our bill. ​Pure Chaos: The hallways were a circus. Other guests were complaining that their keys didn't work, and people were blasting music down the hall with no signs of stopping. ​Uninhabitable Room: Our room was a 500-degree oven. The main lights were broken, and the only working light was over the open washbasin staring directly at the bed. ​📉 Verdict: ​We didn't even touch the bed. We turned right around and walked out. Shoutout to Expedia for refunding my money, but save yourself the scam and avoid this place at all costs!

The price was good. Sticky, dirty, peeling & holes in floor. Drain & toilet gurgled & wouldn't flush. Switched rooms and that vanity & sink were better but as we shut the door bathroom ceiling tile fell in the bathtub & when we reported it someone came in and fixed it.

Poor upkeep and poorly maintained property.

The room was comfortable and the a/c allowed it to be comfortable. The tv had plenty of channels for late night binging. Lots of parking space with plenty of markets, and fast food in walking distance. Overall check in was easy and our room was easily accessible from the parking lot. However, the side doors for entry was ajar and no one was in sight of coming bac to enter it. Plenty of stains on the main hallway carpets along with a light musty odor. Otherwise, besides the cracked tile in the bathroom, the impacted squeaky bed. "Complimentary Breakfast" was a poptart upon request and coffee. Room walls are super thin so you could hear everything.

Been traveling all day and just needed a place to stay. It was very clean and we felt safe. Would stay there again if I've ever in the same area.

Nothing Horrible dirty, moldy, staff was never available for assistance. Advertised breakfast and they provided a muffin and a banana in a brown bag to their guests? Place was very different than I remember! Ended up having to go to Urgent care for insect bites that occurred in the room. I’m so livid that Booking.com even sponsors such a trap house!!!!

Nothing it was dirty I had to go to Walmart to buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom. We didn’t even stay. I walked out. I just want a refund disgusting. It’s like a crack Hotel. The staff looked like they were high on heroin we walked in, and they were police officers arresting someone, they promote breakfast and they have no breakfast they give you a bag with a muffin and a banana. I had to buy pillows because I was afraid of taking home bedbugs. They advertise such a beautiful place and it’s full of addicts just undesirable people I want maybe fun stay away from this hotel. I’m so surprised Booking.com has them. They had to change my hotel room because the carpet was all soaked. All rooms smelled like mold, body odor. The bathtub was awful with mildew. It was just disgusting again. I went to Walmart. I had to buy deodorizer to put all over the room. Went to the front desk to let them know that we believe there was no one there. I want a refund for my money and I am calling Better Business Bureau. This is disgusting.

There wasnt any breakfast at all my room was dirty sheet was dirty and the place stunk like dog and cat pee very unsanitary very disrespectful workers and I deserve a full refund

location made it easy. outdated hotel.....renovations are needed!

The location This hotel is in need of a major renovation. The overhang in the front doorway is falling apart. The room itself was shabby and all the furniture was extremely worn. Overall it was not worth the price we paid.

Room was dirty and run-down. The bathroom was so sponges I thought my foot would go through the floor. Carpet stained everywhere. Walls dirty. Fridge didn’t work. Hair dryer didn’t work. Outlets didn’t work. TV remote didn’t work, so no TV. Key entry rarely worked. AC was super warm. Curtains torn and hideous, stained mattresses! Wish I had taken more photos of its condition. “Breakfast Included” was, no lie, a pop tart and small cup of fruit punch. Evening clerk was clueless and rude. Really, Booking.com? Your organization can do better. DO NOT STEER YOUR PATRONS HERE! Honestly, I usually don’t leave negative reviews. I try to highlight positives. But this hotel has nothing redeeming about. Hope I didn’t get bedbugs.

Promised breakfast...1 pop tarts and a little container of juice. Staff is awesome and well run. Room clean and adequate. I enjoyed my stay here for many days. Quiet. Close to many stores and restaurants. Everyone was so courteous and helpful

The staff was amazing My room smelled so bad of dog pee enough to make you gag.i bought air freshener to make it more tolerable.

Staff where lovely and accommodating, room was nice and bed comfortable Mostly other residents, loud music being played from 12am till 2am, very thin walls with some neighbors enjoying time together

Fix the roof on the main entrance. I had to push the door with my shoulder in order to get in. Door frame was loose. Vagrant near the door waiting to get in. Dog roaming the hallway.

The room all the appliances were broken and dirty the carpet is dirty the sheets are not clean,it’s terrible

Everything was amazing. Only downfall is I wished there was a coffee pot in the room. But not a big deal. Pleasant stay! Will def stay again end of the summer when I come back through.
