The property is outdated and not up to Hampton Inn standards.

Had really good free breakfast

Breakfast was okay but not great. Location was excellent. Pool was fun. Staff at reception desk was friendly and helpful. Bathroom tile floor was so dirty that my shoes were slipping when I walked in. My wife took a paper towel, wet it and wiped a portion of the floor. The paper towel was black. We asked for it to be cleaned but when we returned later it was a little better but still dirty. We asked again to have it cleaned. When we returned later the floor was finally clean.

The room was not ready at 3 PM and was still being cleaned. The counters and the tables in the room were sticky and not fully clean.

Front desk staff was not helpful at all. Rooms were not ready at 3 PM as they were still cleaning. Spare towels were asked and not given. All the counters, tables were sticky to touch.

The front desk very friendly, the rooms where clean and the breakfast selection better than other hotels I have stayed in the past. For 1 night I felt it was a bit pricey and I had to pay more than usual for my pet.

All in all it feels like staying at a cheap motel but paying for a luxury apartment. It started with check in, we didn’t get a room until almost 5 when check in was at 3. We were offered no apologize or accommodations, just waited in the lobby for an hour. No one wanted to clean the building so rooms were not ready for guests. We saw people still in the lobby after 6 waiting. In the rooms there is nothing special. The beds are stiff and lumpy, I woke up each morning at 5 from back pain. Breakfast was standard continental breakfast. For the price go somewhere else.

Convenient location although construction was a bit confusing. The overall appearance of the hotel was nice and beds were comfortable. We waited for about 20 minutes when checking in for someone to come to the desk after a very long day. The pillows were lumpy, bathroom smelled musty, comforters were visibly stained as well as one of our washcloths. The room only came with 2 bath towels and when we asked for more they explained they had run out due to other guests, apologized and gave us pool towels to shower with. For the price that was paid I definitely expected more as we have always used Hampton Inn and this location in the past. Not sure I’ll be using this location in the future.

Rough stay here this past weekend. At check in, our room wasn’t ready until almost 9pm (issue with door and no alternative rooms were offered). Bathrooms were not well cleaned and had hair in tub. For a recently renovated non-smoking hotel, there were an awful lot of yellow stains on the walls. Best advice for those traveling with kids to go to Legoland would be to stay at the Legoland hotel

I didn't have the breakfast but nice location Clean quite

When we entered our room, it did not feel properly cleaned. The carpet was clearly heavily stained, and the room had a noticeable musty, humid odor. The shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion dispensers had not been refilled, were almost empty and covered in dust. There was hair in the shower drain, and both the telephone and TV remote were dusty and dirty. I ended up disinfecting the whole room myself with Clorox wipes and lysol spray before we felt comfortable settling in. The room overall was in need of a thorough deep cleaning. The pillows were also extremely soft and seemed overdue for replacement. The only positive was that the bed sheets appeared to be clean. Considering we paid $830 for a two-night stay and were only able to use the room from the evening of our arrival until the morning of our departure, I did not feel the quality of the accommodations justified the price. I expected a much cleaner room and a higher standard of service for what we paid.

When we asked for towels for the pool they said to check the storage containers near the pool… the only thing in the container was spider webs and nasty other bugs! It’s a good thing no one hurt themselves in the dark parking lot pool!

Toilet seat broken. Bathtub bottom very slippery. As long as you stayed out of bathroom, rest of room great
-
The shower gel dispenser was nearly empty, and since we only stayed for one night, there wasn't an opportunity to have it refilled. Elevator and bathroom looked outdated. Additionally, the window curtain only covered about two-thirds of the window and did not fully close, which affected privacy and light blocking.

Just horrible

Basic hotel. I stayed here because it was cheaper then the others but there was a reason for that I guess. The room smelled musty. I wouldn't walk without shoes on the carpet. It is definitely outdated. I probably won't stay here again. The breakfast was good though.

Very basic property. No towels available at the pool. Pool water looked cloudy. Front desk not very friendly. There was a used soap bar in our shower from previous guests and towels were not fully stocked in the bathroom.
